I mentioned the mistake on Spam\u2019s website and NOW it has been corrected. Instead of simply apologizing for the misleading specs they initially falsely blamed the manufacturer for not providing precise information and then Span showed me a disclaimer \u0022...Specifications shown are our best interpretation of information supplied by the manufacturer\u0022. "Worldspan present themselves as specialist when actually they are a poor boxshop happy to sell the drives but not happy to fix the faults.
I have had to pay to return and insure a brand new drive that had an intermittent fault, I delayed more than 7 days to test that the fault was real. Every communication with Worldspan treated me as though I was the problem when the new drive was faulty and they weren't prepared to deal with it. The Shipping and postage instructions was a page of disclaimers, more interested in blaming the customer than helping, it didn't even contain the return address. Never agin will I buy from Worldspan Span.com or advise my clients to. "
