"Save your time go else where!!! First off I order a custom jersey, 15 days later I contact them to check the status to find out my order had been cancelled. All because I can't ship my order anywhere other than the billing address.... Ridiculous... Yes I know. It's pretty sad that I have to contact them to find out my order was cancelled, right?!? I placed an order on Sunday, Dec 19 using 2nd day air. I was trying to get my boss a gift before he went away. When Wednesday came and the package didn't, I became concerned. I called Thursday morning, which is when the fun began.

All I wanted from them was a tracking number for my order. Inexplicably, they could not provide this BASIC information. Moreover, in over six hours they still have not been able to get this for me because apparently an outside vendor ships their product...a vendor which apparently DON'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER FOR. Incredible. I was told that their "vendor relations department" handles the outside vendors. When I asked for the # of the vendor relations department, I was told that his department "doesn't have access to that number." What kind of business doesn't have phone numbers for their OWN departments?

Moreover, the customer service guy got uppity with me, which was fine because I was being pretty rude myself at that point. However, he couldn't do basic things like read my order, because he repeatedly told me that "your order didn't come because only ground is an option on special orders," despite the fact that my order CLEARLY stated 2ND DAY AIR under shipping. At that point, I pretty much gave up due to their incompetence.

I can't stress enough how awful this company is, and how bitter I am about having decided to entrust them with a very simple order. Avoid at all costs if you don't want to give yourself a headache, and remember to add 6-8 business days to the actual shipping time, because that's how long it takes for these guys to do basic things like process a single item order. "I ordered from these guys late in the Christmas rush to try to get my son a David Beckham soccer jersey because they advertised a premium next afternoon delivery. Thinking that this being Saturday and next afternoon being Monday, I thought the $23 freight for a $50 jersey was steep but worth it to get the jersey on time for Christmas for my son. So Monday, Christmas Eve came and went - no jersey. It eventually showed up on Thursday, Dec 28, 3 business days later not counting Christmas.

I emailed them complaining about their delivery commitment and a lady called Antionette apologises but points me to a disclaimer buried on some page on their website that states holiday deliveries would not be made for orders received after 4pm 12/21.

I stated back to them that none of this was very obvious and if this were to be the case, they should not have allowed orders to be taken as next afternoon which clearly is misleading and therefore they should refund the $23 for next afternoon at least down to standard UPS ground shipping. The best she was willing to offer was a $15 coupon on my next order with them which will be NEVER and wasn't worth anything.

Shame because my son loved the Beckham soccer jersey, just a shame that they could not honor their next afternoon delivery commitment. So, like many retailers, don't assume WorldSoccerShop.Com will hold to their website delievery commitments and certainly don't bet on a quick delivery with them."
