posted May-24-2012 “Thank you for your feedback. We do carry some items that become unavailable from the manufacturer from time-to-time. Instead of removing those items completely, we like to give our customers a chance to place an order to secure their place line. There is an "availability" link at the top right-hand corner of every product page which shows if an item is in stock or on backorder. If an order is placed for a backordered item, we can make any changes at any time to the order such as switch items or cancel the order.
