"Ordered an HP5500C scanner. Email notification of the purchase and the billing of my credit card was prompt and accurate. Scanner arrived via Fedex. The box was slightly crushed. But, the scanner was not damaged and it works perfectly. I did not try to contact woot.com about a shipping date. Nor was a shipping date supplied. I bought it on Thursday the 10th and it arrived on Tuesday the 15th! Much sooner and faster than I ever expected. I will most definitely be watching their website every night for the very latest WOOT!"
"Have had a total of 5 orders from woot including this latest one. Products can take a couple of days to ship, but all orders have been in working order with no problems so far. Price is always good.
Have never had to use customer service so I can't comment on this aspect of the company.
Have ordered, DVD set, refub harddrive, speakers, MP3 player, and new harddrive so far."

"I have been a "Wooter" since sometime in 2005, and have placed 15 or 20 orders with them in this period of time, actually landing a "Bag of Crap" (special blind merchandise) at $1.00 plus $5.00 shipping. Since they get thousands of orders in a matter of seconds, no server can handle the crush. I have seen 3,000 items sell out in a matter of a couple of minutes. The lucky ones get a real bargain, and the others complain that their servers are slow! Woot has a great concept of selling just one item per day, and for the most part a great value. I have not had a bad experience with any purchase from Woot."

"Excellent company to deal with. I bought a mouse, it ended up breaking after 30 minutes, I was worried about refunding/rma's, but after an email, I was told I would get refunded my money.
No complaints, and I plan on ordering again from WooT, just hopefully with beter results on the products end, not theirs."
