"I had item embroidered for my daughter and it was beautiful. In the mix of her using it, the item had gotten damaged. I contacted Wooska and they were more than accommodating, handling the warranty issue and sending me a new item with no additional cost for embroidery which is an optional service. Nice job! I have recommended them to other skating clubs."

"Wooska not only offers free shoppin and low prices on products, also it provides help to many non profit organizations. You choose an organization and they donate 10% of your expenses. Returns are free and customer service is very accurate. Great store!"

"Wooska deserves 5 stars across the board! I placed an order they price matched my item that I found on another site at a lower cost. Customer service also contacted me as I had missed a crucial element needed for the hearing device that I had forgotten to order. Corrected the issue and didn't charge me extra in shipping. The site is easy to navigate, they have super customer service and the item was in my hand in 3 days. Wow! Definately have a customer that will return. You should check them out."

"After my order I did not get a lot of information about the shipping. I only got a mail so i would agree on additional shipping costs (europe). No responding to my mails to get further information. It took them 9 days to send me a mail with only a tracking number. I never received an invoice, which I requested.
I was relieved when my package arrived."

"I tried my luck with this merchant last week. Ordered an item on Nov 30. Received order confirmation email. Credit card got charged. But there has been no mention of any shipping notification email or tracking number.

Have contacted them by email twice and phone once, and received no response on the email, and no tracking number on the phone.

"Ugh. Ordered some nice dog life preservers. They had a good price and indicated in-stock. Charged my card the next day. I received an order confirmation. Almost 2 weeks went by and I received nothing more.

I emailed them and no reply. I emailed again and was preparing to call after they opened when I finally got an email reply. They claimed that they had emailed me to tell me they were out of stock and would I like the new version at list price instead! I never got that email. I checked my email carefully including spam box. Nothing. In addition, they claimed they had not charged my credit card but they had. I told them so.

Their replies were snooty and arrogant. No profuse apologies. Holier than thou. They didn't make any mistakes, this was my problem. I was finally refunded my money which they had for almost 2 weeks and no offer of a discount on new models, nothing. So I am stuck leaving on a camping trip without items I planned to have on hand. If I had known they were out of stock in a timely fashion, I would have gotten them elsewhere. Now it is too late.

I quote from a reply to my complaint email: "16 plus years in business indicates we do rather well in accommodating customers, we apologize for the inconvenience and do hope you have a pleasant day."

Like I said, snooty. If you wish to do business with a company that does not maintain accurate stock levels on their web site, doesn't communicate, doesn't follow up, claims they haven't charged your card when they have, and then are snooty when you point out that they failed miserably, you're welcome to it. Wooska smacks of a brick and mortar store that is attempting to operate a side business on the web and not paying it the attention it deserves."
