I found this site after having trouble with another online audio site. Woofersetc was a pleasure to do business with to say the least. i called them to get next day shipping quotes because the other company had delayed my order and screwed it up. I Ordered a very hard to find product yesterday with next day air freight and got it today. This is the way a business should be run and this is the way to earn my future business. This is the second time I have purchased items from this webstore and once again am left with a much satisfied feeling. They took the time to answer my many questions regarding different items and let me know if I was ordering something that I did not need.Wow! I ordered a set of 3way component speakers,amplifier and some sound deadening items and living in Canada was worried about receiving it. Everything came within 10 days and was trackable. Brand new,mint condition,great communication. I will always buy my car stereo items from this store as they have great prices and worry-free purchasing. I love these guys. I was very disappointed to learn After buying a Pioneer radio that Woofers is not on the List of Pioneer authorized dealers and therefore anything bought from them is not under the Pioneer Guaranty!  
That being stated....the shipping is fast, the produces are very reasonably priced but the contact/phone service after sale leaves a lot to be desired.

Woofers Etc. was very helpfull in helping me buy my new sony CDX- GT720 headunit. They are very lagite, they even called me to verify my order, and that even took the time to find out that i would need an antaena adapter and they informed me of this issue. In all very polite and fast transaction.

I cannot imagine a greater product selection or more rapid service than Woofersetc.com offers. I've ordered several sets of car speakers from them in the past few weeks and have been amazed how quickly they arrive. Rapid service, great product selection and great prices...what more could one ask?

I have ordered crossfire amps thru them and very fast shipping and never had a problem with it. Then I ordered an Orion sub from them and when it arrived it did not work, i contacted them and they sent me a new one no problem after I sent the other one back. Now in last few weeks I have ordered new cd player, with excellend service and shipping this time too. Last week I ordered some RE components, and the next day I actually got a call from them, they were in stock, but they wanted me to be aware of how RE handled their warranty claims real slow. They also gave me some alternatives to some better components and upgrades. So, I was very pleased that they called just to let me know about that. They could have just sent them and let me find out hard way, but it was pretty cool for them to call me and let me change order.

Third time I've dealt with Woffers, every order was PERFECT. Product arrived as promised in perfect condition and fast. These people also know the ins and outs of shipping to Canada so they get it right. Highest recomendation.

WoofersEtc.com has THE BEST service out of any other car audio website. They helped me with every question, and my order was shipped and received immediately. Prices are awesome. They also warranty everything for a year, which is more than anyone could ask.  

I was just writing to inform you that the service I recieved shopping at Woofers Etc. is hands down the best I have ever experienced, period. There was some trouble shooting with my credit card, apparently one of the security numbers rubbed off and looked like something else. The staff contacted me several times and talked me through the problem until we finally figured out the problem. This is very rare in any business, especially an online store, but I was shocked at the personal help I recieved. I will definately do business with them again and will recommend them to anyone looking for fair prices and excellent service.

WoofersEtc's customer service is the best you'll ever find. I called to order a set of components and a new amp, Josh reccomended a pair of CDT Audio components, but insisted that I keep my old PPI amp, rather than wasting money on a new model. I couldn't beleive it, a salesperson talked me OUT of buying something from him. The speakers are Amazingly clean and accurate, even with the top down down. The amp is still running smooth, and Woofersetc.com has a customer for life. Highly reccomended.

Great selection of products and very reasonable shipping costs although it appears that my package was sent by the standard UPS when I paid extra for USPS Priority shipping. Customer service was very good when I had tried to order a product that was out of stock.

Woofersetc is great, they truly respects customers. Where other companies dont even answered my mails, Woofersetc patiently answered every question from me. I made the payment with western union(first time) and they helped me a lot. They picked up the payment immediately and send the items super fast. In summary woofersetc has great prices, excellent customer relationship, super fast, reliable and friendly. It's wise to ask if items you want to buy are in stock.
