I have ordered crossfire amps thru them and very fast shipping and never had a problem with it. Then I ordered an Orion sub from them and when it arrived it did not work, i contacted them and they sent me a new one no problem after I sent the other one back. Now in last few weeks I have ordered new cd player, with excellend service and shipping this time too. Last week I ordered some RE components, and the next day I actually got a call from them, they were in stock, but they wanted me to be aware of how RE handled their warranty claims real slow. They also gave me some alternatives to some better components and upgrades. So, I was very pleased that they called just to let me know about that. They could have just sent them and let me find out hard way, but it was pretty cool for them to call me and let me change order.

WoofersEtc.com has THE BEST service out of any other car audio website. They helped me with every question, and my order was shipped and received immediately. Prices are awesome. They also warranty everything for a year, which is more than anyone could ask.  

I was just writing to inform you that the service I recieved shopping at Woofers Etc. is hands down the best I have ever experienced, period. There was some trouble shooting with my credit card, apparently one of the security numbers rubbed off and looked like something else. The staff contacted me several times and talked me through the problem until we finally figured out the problem. This is very rare in any business, especially an online store, but I was shocked at the personal help I recieved. I will definately do business with them again and will recommend them to anyone looking for fair prices and excellent service.

Great selection of products and very reasonable shipping costs although it appears that my package was sent by the standard UPS when I paid extra for USPS Priority shipping. Customer service was very good when I had tried to order a product that was out of stock.

Woofersetc is great, they truly respects customers. Where other companies dont even answered my mails, Woofersetc patiently answered every question from me. I made the payment with western union(first time) and they helped me a lot. They picked up the payment immediately and send the items super fast. In summary woofersetc has great prices, excellent customer relationship, super fast, reliable and friendly. It's wise to ask if items you want to buy are in stock. Woofers ETC is GREAT. I purchased about $1,700 worth of stuff from them. Several months into the purchase my $400.00 woofer started to have problems. The glue that holds the rubber surround to the cone started to call apart. It was the fault of Orion who makes the woofer. I called Woofers ETC and explanied the problem. I figured that my chances for help were slim and I would have to try and work with Orion directly. Woofers ETC listen to my concerns, had me come directly to their location, inspected the speaker, and offered to work on my behalf with Orion to get an exchange. They answered every question I had, always were available by phone and e-mail and just went above and beyond. There was nothing in it for them other than just providing good customer service. They made a friend for life. I will NEVER buy from anyone else, unless they don't carry what I'm looking for. A+++ rating. Buy from them and feel safe doing so.

Be careful with these guys.  
Products not in stock while the sore shows it is!  
They first let you pay and then they say it will be shipped soon. Also to cancel an order is difficult.  
I wouldn't recommend this shop to others.

A lot of times, reviews on this, and other sites are left by customers who's intelligence is questionable. I read some of these reviews before buying from Woofersetc, and I'd like to take the time to leave a clear, accurate description of what it's like to order from this company.  
 
Their strongest point is definitely variety, especially in high-end brands. I'm pretty confident that they carry almost every high end brand out there.  
 
The pricing on all of their products is about as good as it gets. There are a couple of places (like ebay) with lower prices, but the rare difference in price is justified in my opinion.  
 
They don't have a 1-800 number, which I'm guessing has to do with keeping costs down, but in turn, a live person will always answer. If you ask for technical support, they'll transfer you to a real life installer who knows about putting together a good system.  
 
Not every item is always in stock. I ordered 11 items (a bunch of which were stinger install cables), they called me and told me that one of the items (a Focal 165V2) was out of stock, so they upgraded me for free to a 165VR, which is the new replacement for it. No complaints here.  
 
I placed the order in the morning on Tuesday, they called me at about 5:30 Eastern time, to let me know about the upgrade, and I got an email an hour later from UPS with a tracking number.  
 
The box came on Friday. Everything was well padded with packing peanuts in a large box. The items were all safe inside, and an invoice was sitting on top of everything.  
 
So far, my experience with the company has been as good as I could possible expect. I still have to order my amps, and will let you all know of anything worth mentioning. I hope this small review has helped!
