"I purchased a Kicker amp from woofersetc.com, got a little hiccup at the beginning, but that was due to my own error with addresses. I called them up and they fixed my problem faster than it took to dial the number. Over all, they have the lowest prices I've seen anywhere, except for ebay, but we all know how ebay is... and the best customer service I've seen in a while, very personable people. I will buy from them again until I get my whole system set up."

"Incredible Service...Period.

I've made plenty of on-line purchases over the past several years...Woofersetc. is certainly in the upper ranks on any on-line retailer I have ever done business with.

From the beginning with recommendations on equipment, discussion of my goals and expectations....to the ordering process, shipping, and a small glitch with one of my amplifiers...the replacement/return process.

To make a long story short...I ordered speakers from a company I had never heard before (CDT), and this is entirely against my beliefs on buying speakers unheard. However, with Woofers, their knowledge of the product and reassurance that the sound was what I was looking for...I placed the order.

They also had recommendations on amps that would work well with these speakers.

I ordered two amps and the set of components speakers. They were all here (in Alaska) in two days.

I had the install done a couple of days later and one of the amps turned out to be a bit glitchy. I called Woofers and they put a new amp on the UPS truck that day, no questions asked. I had the install of the new amp done within the week, packed up the amp with the glitch and UPS picked it up the same day.

Unreal service...no hassel, incredible prices, 5 star e-service In My Humble opinion. My highest recommendation!

"This is the second time I have purchased items from this webstore and once again am left with a much satisfied feeling. They took the time to answer my many questions regarding different items and let me know if I was ordering something that I did not need.Wow! I ordered a set of 3way component speakers,amplifier and some sound deadening items and living in Canada was worried about receiving it. Everything came within 10 days and was trackable. Brand new,mint condition,great communication. I will always buy my car stereo items from this store as they have great prices and worry-free purchasing. I love these guys. "I was referred to Woofersetc by my coworker, and I am glad I was. After much searching they still had the best prices and seemed reputable. I placed my order and promptly got a call letting me know that one of the speakers I had ordered was unavailable. They then offered to upgrade my fronts at their cost as well as my rears so they matched. The order arrived shortly thereafter and the service was so good that I have already ordered from them again. Great phone and email service all questions were answered promptly and I would reccomend Woofersetc to anyone."

"I ordered a "Ground Shaker" box from them. Few days later my order still wasn't processed. I tried emailing multiple times to find out what was the issues, no reply. I tried calling 3 times (over 2 days) and it wasn't till the third time that someone picked up! These were during normal business hours during the week! The next day I finally received my email with the tracking number. 11 days later after I made my purchase I received my item.

My buddy also purchased on January 26, 2008 from them and his was not in stock. Did the website state it? No. Did woofersetc.com contact him and let him know? No. He had the same runaround as I did with the emails and phone calls.

Bottom line, if you will be selling products online, have customer support. This was rediculous as a business that I thought had good customer reviews to act like this. It is now, that I am reading reviews on forums that people are having the same exact issues. No response from the seller. This is very big when I make purchases and this seller was terrible.

"Great company, ordered Image Dynamics speakers, shipped to Canada and it was smooth and fast, great experience, talked to a rep aswell and they know their stuff. They're respected company on any major caraudio forum, A++++++++"
