They acknowledge their mistake. Explained to her that the parts are required to finish the job and asked her to ship it next day or 2 days shipping so that we can finish the job by Monday. She said Fedex doesn't ship on Saturday. Went to Fedex and entered the zip code and they have 2 options to ship on Saturday. Even with proof that Fedex ships on Saturday, this merchant just chooses the cheapest shipping option and ships ground. There are plenty online merchants who would bite bullet to correct their mistake.
