"Ordered a Honda WB 30X water pump on June 29 2015. It is now Oct 7,2015 and I still do not have a water pump but they have had my money since June 29th. I have called several times only to be told that the pump is now back ordered but will be shipped soon. I tried to call today and the number has been disconnected. At this point, I do not know what to do. Very Dissappointed in Wise Sales and Hope that they will still honor their promise to deliver the water pump that I have paid for. Honestly though, I just wish they would refund my money."
"Possibly the worst ever online sales company ever. I placed an order 02-Jun-2015 and was immediately charged. One month later I called to check the status and they told me they never had the product in stock but would arrive in inventory in one week. Two weeks later, I called again and they told me they do not have the product and may arrive in 2-4 weeks. At this time, it is now 25-Aug and I called to once again check the status which was informed they do not have this product. After this long wait for a product to arrive in their inventory, I requested a refund. It is now 02-Oct-2015 and still no refund. I was told 10-14 business days. I would never purchase from this vendor ever!"
"From reading all of the negative reviews I guess I am a lucky one. I ordered a Yamaha ef2000is from Wise Sales for a good price ($50 less than any other offer I could find). It arrived in about 10 days, probably a bit slow because of the Labor Day holiday. It arrived double boxed and in perfect condition.I do however have a complaint. Wise Sales advertised the generator as having and additional 1 year warranty making it a 4 year warranty. The extended warranty is actually a promotion provided by Yamaha. The problem is Wise Sales is required to submit documentation to Yamaha to activate this extended warranty. I spoke with Yamaha who in turn has attempted to contact Wise Sales multiple times. Angie, my contact at Yamaha has been extremely diligent with trying to contact Wise Sales without success. She either gets a busy signal, an answering machine, or the one time she spoke with a ":live" person they told her the person she needed to speak with was not available.I just tried contacting Wise Sales myself at the number on their web site, and on my invoice, and the number is no longer is service. Maybe they are out of business. Based on the reviews I read here I wouldn't be surprised."
"Ordered two honda generators in an amount of $2,098. 10 days later, all I have is an order confirmation email. I've tried a dozen times to reach them by phone - either no answer or THEY HANG UP ON ME.I have had to resort to disputing the claim through my credit card company. PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB! Wisesales needs to be CLOSED!"
"This was the worst purchase experience I have had in my entire life (I'm 63). Ordered a generator in May and, because it never came and the responses on the phone were so inane, cancelled the order in August. "Dorothy" told me I'd receive my refund (over a thousand dollars) in "7 to 10 business days." Now, over a month later, still no refund. No phone calls, no return email. THEY'VE HAD MY MONEY SINCE MAY! Stay away from this scam, fraudulent company! I echo other reviewers who have called for this company to go under. Worst I've ever seen."
"STAY AWAY!!!!! The worst service EVER. Ordered a generator 7 weeks ago called several times whoever answered hung up on me 5 times. Left message for call back never received one !!! Finally talked to someone cancelled order but have not seen refund. Will be calling BBB! This company is a joke. PS keep your mini IPad!"
"WE ordered a $2500 mower. It came DAMAGED 2 weeks early to a vacation home we're not at all the time. We called Wise to get a replacement for the steering wheel. Terrible customer service and attitudes by John in parts and Dennis manager. We were promised a replacement and tracking numbers. No one calls us back. Owner doesn't call back to deal with complaint. We have yet to receive replacement part. The price is good but the headaches are unbelievable. Also no one will tell me the owner's last name. There you have it. No accountability at all. And no satisfaction. Very unprofessional. So much for customer care. I would give this company 0 STARS. Not eve one. If the owner is reading, please reply. We just want a resolution to this problem. It's almost a month after delivery and this still hasn't been resolved."
"Ordered a Honda generator because it was advertised as "in stock" however it was not in stock and had to cancel order and purchase from another source that delivered it within two days. Wise Sales took my money immediately and did not ship the product. I thought they could not charge your credit card until they shipped the item? Anyway, trying to get my money back for over a month now and now they don't even pick up the phone. I was actually told by Wise Sales personnel to try to contact my credit card company to get the money back! This all took place in July 2015 and I still don't have my money refunded. "
"This company does not pass the smell test. Stay away. I ordered a Husqvarna chain saw. Item arrived 2 days later, obviously re-packaged with the bar disassembled from the power head. I sent an eMail with no response. Then called a couple of times, no answer. Finally, someone answered and I expressed my concerns. He stated that they routinely re-package and disassemble chain saws for shipment. Really? Why would one do that? When I expressed interest in returning the item, they abruptly hung up on me without giving me a return authorization code. I stopped payment on my credit card and dropped the merchandise for re-shipment via UPS. This is the worst experience I've ever had with an on-line vendor. They should be run out of business."
"I ordered a Honda HHT35SLTAT Trimmer. I had not received a shipping notice the first week so called to get a status. I was told they were back ordered and that I must have been overlooked when they sent everyone a notice. I was assured the trimmers would be received that Friday and mine would be shipped the following Wednesday. After waiting two more weeks I called again. A different person gave me the same story. I canceled my order and was told to expect a refund within 3 days. The refund did not show after a week so I called again and was assured I would receive the refund the next day. Four days later I filed a dispute with my credit card. A complete waste of time and I cannot recommend them."
"Prices are fair but just slightly below local merchants. There is no service after the sale and forget about any warranty claims and forget about local service and repair facilities honoring the warranty."
"I ordered a Honda HRX217HZA lawn mower on 5/11/2015. The website indicated it was "In-stock". My credit card was charged the $849.99 on the order day. I checked the order status over the next week and it said "processing". I called WiseSales on 5/18/2015 and was told the lawn mower was backordered and it would not ship for 4 weeks. I told the girl it was shown as "in-stock" on the Web Site and she said this was normal. I cancelled the order on that day. The Order status was changed from "processing" to "on-hold". On 5/26/2015 the order status on the web site still stated "on-hold" and I had not been issued a credit to my credit card. I called WiseSales again to inquire about my refund. The clerk said she would email accounting and have them process the refund. I was copied on an email stating "Customer cancelled order. Please refund ASAP." On 6/4/2015 I called WiseSales again and inquired about my refund. I was placed on hold and then disconnected. This happen several times over the following few days. I have initiated a chargeback with MasterCardStay away from this place, WiseSales. I ordered the lawn mower from Mowers Direct and it was delivered 3 days after ordering. Same price. "
"Save yourself a lot of grief and stay away from this company! I ordered a Honda generator that was advertised as being in stock. I never received and order verification and after a week I called because I had not received the generators or a tracking number. I was told the generators are back ordered and won't be in until the end of June. I immediately cancelled my order and never received a cancellation confirmation as promised. My banker even called about the confirmation and was told is was coming by email. I never received it. After reading online reviews and checking with the Better Business Bureau and became aware they awarded them an F for the same complaints I had my bank dispute the charge. First time doing business on the net that was a horrible experience! I would not recommend doing business with this company!"
"Ordered two Honda generators 14 BUSINESS days ago, not so much as an order conformation email from Wise Sales. Sent four emails over the course of a week inquiring as to when I should expect my shipment to fulfill. No response. Finally got through to someone via telephone after two days of no answer/no answering service. I got the "no idea" when they would ship, they didn't think they were even in stock at this point but couldn't confirm even though the website clearly listed them in stock at the time of the order and showed them as in stock now. I asked to cancel my order and I was promptly hung up on. Will be taking this to my CC company to sort out. Awful service. "
