"Ordering on line was simple. I did call with one question and the sales person was very helpful and professional.
The generator arrived exactly 1 week after purchase and in perfect condition. The freight company lowered the unit onto a heavy duty cart I own and even wheeled it into our garage which was excellent as my wife was home as the thing weighs 30 pounds more than her.
I haven't used it yet but it appears solid and very well constructed. I was tempted to get the EF4500ISE for that little extra power but I chose the EF300ISEB as I like the option of being able to start manually just in case I should have an emergency and the battery was dead. I also believe that it would be a great enhancement if all the Yamaha generators had spinning front wheels for easier moving.
The price was good, the freight free and I was very pleased with their service. As this generator was bought solely for emergencies I just am drawn between wanting never having to use it and a blackout when I get a chance to see what this machine can do!"
