Upon finding the wire defective, I sent them an email stating the problem and what to do. The next day, someone from Wireless Emporium CALLED ME ON THE PHONE to say they have shipped out a replacement and for me to just ship the defective one back. I found it amazing that they took this level of response just from a single email! I received the replacement and it worked fine.
