"I purchased a Logitech keyboard from this company. It was advertised as refurbished by Logitech with a 90 day warrantee. What I received was simply a used item. The box was old with ink pen writing on it. There was no user manual and there, certainly, was no 90 day warrantee. The keyboard was scratched. Most offensive, the keyboard was defective to the point where it couldn't be used. Every few seconds it would miss letters or it would repeat a letter up to 20 times without touching the keyboard. It certainly was not what I expected it to be based on the advertisement. I realized the horror of this company when I contacted customer support. First, I must mention that they would usually email me back within a business day of each inquiry. That is about as positive as it got. The rest of this experience was the most unprofessional interaction I have ever experienced with a company. They made it sound like it was my fault for not understanding the ad. I requested a refund and they said they would send me another item. I explained that I didn't want another. Finally, after much banter, they said they would refund my money once they received the item. I finally thought I was going to be free of the debacle. Thirty minutes later I received a contradicting email explaining they were going to send me another item. It concerned me to the point that I threatened to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Here is their actual response: "Dont do dispute item was as advertized read the add." There was no salutations, no punctuation and clearly no professionalism as they tried to make it sound like I'm the dumb idiot that couldn't read the "add." I'm still in the process of trying to get my money back. In the meantime they keep asking for the shipping's tracking number (which I've already given them more than once). It's beyond frustrating. It's to the point where I almost get excited to see what their next response is going to be to me. It's so unbelievable how this company has handled this situation that it was ALMOST worth my money just to experience the bad side of customer service. I feel like I'm in the a story from the Onion. Something tells me I won't be using this company again..."

"I purchased a Brand New ??? Blue Ant4 wireless receiver for my car and when it came last week it was scratched all over the top and there is even a dent in the piece. I IMMEDIATELY sent an email to their customer service and since then have sent three more emails and now five days later have still NOT received an email back or any indication that Wireless OEM SHOP even exists let alone cares whether or not I get this piece replaced! Then DO NOT even have a phone number to call so you as a customer are left totally in the dark. I give this company a ZERO rating based on my "customer service" experienceUpdated one week after receipt and within four days of original contact Seller contacted me and we reached an agreement to lower the price of the item and I would keep it as long as it works. Less hassle but I was still not happy with the company for sending me a slightly damaged item without knowing in advance. "

"I am very happy with my purchase from WirelessOEMShop. I was initially concerned because I looked at these reviews, but my experience was not consistent with the negative reviews. I received my Jabra ICON HD very quickly, and it was definitely new and it works perfectly. I also sent an email to the customer support email address to see if my experience was consistent with others who said they received no response, and I received a response right away, so no issues there either. I gave customer support 4 stars because I prefer telephone support over email, but it did turn out to be a non-issue.I think people need to mellow out and give this merchant another try, or if you are a new customer, don't be swayed by the negative reviews. There had to be extenuating circumstances, or maybe this merchant has changed its ways, because as hard as I try, I can't think of a bad thing to say about this purchase or transaction. "
"Bought a "brand new" white Mophie iphone case (normally $79.99) for approximately $50. Great deal right? Wrong! After I pay to ship the item to my home, it came completely scratched up and seemed really cheap (not like the Mophie cases I've seen in retail stores). It's as though they sent me a used and fake case. Then after I emailed their "customer service team", I get the same shady email asking if I would consider keeping the case for a $10 refund. Right now, I'm attempting to get a full refund...for shipping as well. Thanks to someone else's review, I was able to get the phone number for who I'm assuming is the owner...Mike. He tried to bargain with me on the phone, asking me if I would take $20 refund and keep the case. I said absolutely not, that I want all my money back. So he told me to ship back and send him tracking number and that once he receives, I will get my refund...We shall see. This company is incredibly shady and their address is for someone's residence, not even a business location. Do not purchase from them!!! I am also incredibly concerned now because they have my credit card information!!!"
"I just had a recent bad deal with this guy. The site makes you feel as though you are purchasing a new product at a great price. I received a very used Plantronics Voyager Pro headset that not only didn't connect with my phone but the earpiece even had earwax on it still!I emailed the "company" back and kept saying I wanted a full refund as this was a total scam. The guy emailed me back several times asking if he could just refund me $10 and I keep the product, crazy!After a lot of research and even calling the police in the area he lives, I found this information:His name is Mike, he lives in a neighborhood at 14413 76th rd. Flushing, NY 11367. His phone number that is very difficult to get is 347-743-8594.It was only after reply to his last ridiculous offer, demanding a phone call, and mentioning him by name in the email that I got a response and ultimately a full refund believe it or not.Definitely stay away from this company. I believe I was very lucky to get the refund as most do not.Hope this helps someone."
