"I just had a recent bad deal with this guy. The site makes you feel as though you are purchasing a new product at a great price. I received a very used Plantronics Voyager Pro headset that not only didn't connect with my phone but the earpiece even had earwax on it still! I emailed the "company" back and kept saying I wanted a full refund as this was a total scam. The guy emailed me back several times asking if he could just refund me $10 and I keep the product, crazy! After a lot of research and even calling the police in the area he lives, I found this information: His name is Mike, he lives in a neighborhood at 14413 76th rd. Flushing, NY 11367. His phone number that is very difficult to get is 347-743-8594. It was only after reply to his last ridiculous offer, demanding a phone call, and mentioning him by name in the email that I got a response and ultimately a full refund believe it or not. Definitely stay away from this company. I believe I was very lucky to get the refund as most do not. Hope this helps someone."

"Bad shopping experience. When shipped product was missing necessary parts including installation CD.Didnt send invoice or shipping label for return, was instructed to send uspostal service however did not reimburse me for postage paid dispite requests for payment.Would never shop on the internet if this was a typical experience."

"Not happy. The term "buyer beware" comes to mind. I should have known...$45 for a $129 Bluetooth headset is too good to be true. Ordering was easy, and I rec'd it within 7 days...but, it was just in a zip lock bag with no packaging or documentation. It looks like it could be the real deal but who knows...if they had told me it would be used, that would be a different story right? "
"Wow--if only I had read these reviews. Ordered a Harmony 650 control--supposedly new. Arrived with no documentation, no manual, etc. Discovered that it was clearly used. (Three devices had been entered into the unit). Printed out instructions/manual and discovered that, in order to remove the devices (TV/DVD/AV receiver) installed in the remote I had to utilize the original Harmony account by which they were entered. Of course I had no access to that account. Emailed. No response. Will challenge my charge with my credit card company, but a real pain. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. "

"My experience mirrors all the others below. Slow shipping with USPS tracking saying delivered but I never received. USPS tracking only confirms the post office and the actual destination is unknown. It could have been a bogus letter to another address to the same post office that was confirmed delivered. Shipper said it was only fair I buy another for 1/2 price when I requested another or my money back. At that point went for the money back. Email replies from "customer service" were a few words one per day.
I recommend avoiding them. For those looking for a number, I found the following for the site:

There is no phone number to call, so you have to email, but you will only receive one email per day so going back and forth can take quite a while. Returns are at your expense, and they don't refund your original shipping costs either. "About 10 days ago I purchased a Bose bluetooth device from WirlessOEMShop.com. Today I received the device that I purchased from these folks via Bizrate. Not only is it not the model number I purchased but it does not have all the accessories as advertised. It was sold to me as new and I assure you it is not. The ear piece is full of some of the nastiest ear wax I ave ever seen. As an RN I have seen some pretty nasty ear was. I have no intention of doing any further business with this company. Furthermore, I have reported them to Bose, Bizrate, the FTC and the AG of TX. I offered them to make it right and they will if I do it only their-with the promise of payment after I spend more money to mail it back to them. Fool me once shame on you…Fool me twice, shame on me. I would think that because of a bait & switch approach to sales they would be falling all over themselves to make me happy. It appears that they don’t care"
"Stay away from this WirelessOEMShop. Seller is a complete LIAR LIAR LIAR!! First of all he sent me used item (headphones) instead of a new one...condition of the item was really bad. Spent almost two weeks asking for a shipping label so that I return the item...no luck. Eventually decided to take a risk buying the label myself because seller promised to refund the expenses of return. Guess what, upon the return I got refund only for the item. Send bunch of emails asking for shipping and return charges refund...unfortunately got refunded only for original shipping (not return). Reported this issue to credit card company, but since the return shipping label was purchased with another card they could not help me. "This terrible company gave me a shipping date of July 30th on the order confirmation and did not ship when they said they would. The shipped USPS first class from Yonkers to Tenafly (15 miles away). Today August 1 they told me to wait up to 5 days to get the package, who are these morons trying to fool. Despite emails to them on the subject, they still lie about the shipment. If you need something in a hurry don't buy from them.."

I received a 2nd defective blue tooth from them and returned it (at my expense) and asked for a full credit, which I never received. I had to contact my bank and submit a claim. I still lost money with all the shipping and handling."

Smelled like perfume and broken.they sent link to web site to get instructions after I sent email and said if didn't still work to send back .sent product back asking for replacement.after 1 month of no response to email.I call amex.they investigated and month later they had no response so I was issued credit to my amex.
