Arrived with no documentation, no manual, etc. Discovered that it was clearly used. (Three devices had been entered into the unit). Printed out instructions\/manual and discovered that, in order to remove the devices (TV\/DVD\/AV receiver) installed in the remote I had to utilize the original Harmony account by which they were entered. Of course I had no access to that account. Emailed. No response. Will challenge my charge with my credit card company, but a real pain. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. USPS tracking only confirms the post office and the actual destination is unknown. It could have been a bogus letter to another address to the same post office that was confirmed delivered. Shipper said it was only fair I buy another for 1\/2 price when I requested another or my money back. At that point went for the money back. Email replies from \u0022customer service\u0022 were a few words one per day.<br><br>I recommend avoiding them. After entering my confirmation number as given to check the status. I received the message NO INVOICE FOUND. Upon trying to call the telephone number given I was told to send them an email which I had already done to no avail. They did not answer the email. Another voice said mailbox full so you can not even leave them a message. You may notice they give no address so that you can not contact them.
