"I saw the new comments and got scared but the price they offered and the older comments made it worth the gamble and -HA!! The phone got here sooner then I expected (well maybe my expectation were very low.. but I ordered on a Sunday and It was here by Wednesday and that by any scale is good!)
So just wanted to let yall know.. these guys are apparently back in business! Hate to see a good business misrepresented like this.
"WirelessGalaxy has the worst Customer service I have ever in countered. the chat is always off the phone number doesn't work, they don't answer messages and after 8 days I still don't have tracking number although they claim to ship in 24-48 hours. I've warned my CC company that it maybe fraudulent."
I ordered a simple reliable phone from this outfit last year. It arrived in time. I was surprised to see that is was used / refurbished because the previous owner's address book was still in it. Still, the phone looked good - like new. Well, when I needed to use the phone was when the problem appeared. I could not hear the other party! I guess there was a problem with the speaker - perhaps that is why the previous owner returned the phone and it was dumped on me.
I tried to contact this outfit via two different email addresses and via phone. Email is never answered and the phone calls are unanswered and immediately dropped. Stay away from this "company"!! "

"First of all their web page sais they mi cel were in stock , 6 days later i call , and the first time the cut me , and they say me there was out of stock , i say to him i need mi money back , thath i order in wg because they page says they HAVE stock. They say to me mi money will be returned by thath day o a max . at the next day , 4 day after , the money werent refunded, i called again , they say me exactlky the same thing , guess wat? 4 day after , the money will not in my acc. "5/25/09 ordered a phone w/ overnight shipping. Credit card was charged on 5/25. still no phone 7 days later. Called and told that phone was discontinued. Ordered another phone on 6/3/09 additional charge was put on my credit card. 2 days later no phone. Called and told phone was sent to wrong zip code. Finally received phone on 6/11/09. To late...went out and bought another phone. Got a RMA# and send phone back in specified amount of time and one year later still waiting for a refund. Was just recently told that the company is under new management and I should email the previous owner for a refund???? How is that for customer service. I will never buy from this site again and will give it a bad review any chance I get!"

I looked at other phones that I might be interested in, and found one and emailed them letting them know that I wanted to substitute my order. Everything was very prompt and ordered my phone on a Monday and I got it the next Monday!"
