Order process while complicated, went <br>smoothly BUT LONG. Phones arrived promptly, in good shape,and order complete. The problems arose in attempting to activate. 1st, the VERIZON phone number issued would not be accepted by VERIZON because \u0022it belonged to a cancelled business account\u0022. 2nd, VERIZON would not service the order since they say WIREFLY would impose considerable fees for not going through Wirefly. 3rd, Attempts to reach Wirefly support became a nightmare because \u0022they are so busy\u0022 (dealing with such screwups no doubt). When reached, the communication connection was unintelligable and the acccent of the agent compounded the confusion. All in all, a POOR experience.
