Product arrived and would not recognize any cable configuration or drive, basically DOA. It took almost a week to get an RMA and when I did they had me RMA it to supermicro who held it another 2 weeks because the backplane was out of stock. A month later I still don\u0027t have the part, and supermicro assures me my refurb part is coming. So I paid price for a new device and got a refurb over a month later. WiredZone customer service tried to blame me because I wouldnt provide a CC # over the phone to a business I\u0027ve never done any transactions with prior to this and someone I\u0027ve never spoken to before. Absolutely will not purchase anything from them again and neither should you. "Fantastic service, unbeatable price. Especially if you're in the market for anything that is Supermicro. They have some sort of inside connection with Supermicro because they made motherboards appear on my door step that no other store could. Most of their SM products are drop ship so do email them ahead to verify availability. Their customer care was terrific."
