I have ordered a Blackberry and Nokia surge from Wirefly.com. At the time of purchased Wirefly said there is No Data plan required with Blackberry. Even that was pramotional offers on Deals2Buy.com as well. But when I received my order and activated my phone I came to know that data plan is required for smart phones. I fight a lot but they were not listen at all. Even I had receved damaged Blackberry pearl. Finally I had cancelled my order and contracts but they were not support at all. Beware confirm the offers with Carrier before placing the order from wirefly. I recomend that don't order from wirefly.com. They are selling the thing which may not exist. After that they just give escuse that it is our pramotional offer but comany doesn't support it so we can not do anything. They are lier. This review was modified by its author, Fox2710, on

What ever you do, do not order anything from Wirefly.com. I went online to order a Samsung Highlight phone and an India Rep named Igbal took my account number then asked for my social security and driver's license number, which I gave against my better judgement. Then he tried to sell other products and services and I declined. He then explained that because I had received a super discount on my phone, T-Mobile required that I purchased a 6 month internet package to complete my deal. I told him that I had spoken with T-Mobile earlier that day and they required no such demand. He held on to his story so I figured I would just clear the matter with T-Mobile once I received my phone. Igbal aslo told me I would receive an email confirmation stating the terms of my up-grade contract and my purchase information. He also said because I had a family plan that he had to set up a dummy phone on my order but assured me that I would not be charged for it. When I received the order confirmation, I had the phone I ordered, the dummy phone and 2 activation charges for 36.00. I called wirefly the next day and they assured me that they would take it off my bill but in order to complete my order they would need a copy of my social security card, driver license number and a utility bill which had my physicial address on it. That was it, I cancelled my order. Buyer beware!!!!!!! Do not give this company your personal information!!!!!!1

I originally ordered two phones from another discount cell phone company but when I decided to add a 3rd line to my ATT plan Wirefly had the best prices. While the competitor wanted $50 and ATT wanted $150-minus mail in rebate, Wirefly only charged $20 for a new LG Vu CU920. They also offered free shipping and a free bluetooth headset so I was good to go.
I placed the order and received an email the next day saying ATT needed additional information about my account before they could ship my phone. I called Wirefly and had to give some basic info. Later that day my phone was shipped. It arrived the very next day with the SIM card in place and the phone was already activated so I was good to go. I just had to call ATT as the voice mail wasn't setup and there was nothing in the manual about what number to input to dial voice mail. 5 minutes with ATT and I was all set.
I definitely plan on going through them again in two months when I'm eligible to upgrade my original two phones. The prices are just so much better than going directly through ATT.

i had purchased a 3 cell phones and a new contract from this company on this order and everything was great and was delivered to me TWO DAYS after I ordered it! All of the phones were free and shipping was free as well! Customer service was great and its unfortunate that only the bad reviews get posted on here about this company. I am a proven buyer and would recommend them highly! Everything came as promised and the phones were ready to use instantly. THEY EVEN PUT THE SIM CARD IN THE PHONE FOR ME! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! This company was AWFUL when it came to getting my order processed... then once it was approved, I finally received my phones from Verizon. 3 weeks later I received a bill for $954.00. I have had 3 conversations with Wirefly & www.WhereIsMyOrder.com aka Simplexity and all 3 different sales reps ASSURED & RE-ASSURED ME that my billing would not be over $280 per month. Per Verizon today, they are mistaken and my bill is $954.00. When I just now tried talking with wirefly again, the would not even discuss with me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Wirefly and ATT create a major headache for this consumer. I ordered two phones from Wirefly extended my contract with ATT and added two additional phones to my plan from ATT.
All the sudden, 6 months later, I begin to get harrassing calls on my cell phone from some other company I had never heard of. I assumed it was cell spam. Turns out it was a collection agency SKO Brenner American.
Wirefly will not do anything, SKO Brenner American will not do anything, and ATT has tried to tell Wirefly that I am still current in my contract, but hours on the phone, in online chats, nothing changes.
This is at least customer disservice, at worst it is criminal harrassment, extortion and abuse.
I would steer clear of Wirefly, no matter how good the deal seems.

Watch out for this company, they try everything to get you sign contract even they have to lie. The worst part is that they sell your email to spammer.

Well, I guess it's true that people with positive experiences typically don't post a [good] review with [online] retailers after shopping with them, considering the overall low rating of WIREFLY. Anyways, I'm quite satisfied with WIREFLY. I ordered an HTC TYTN II & pouch on the 20 May 08 & opted for 2nd day deliver via Fedex (charged $9.99 2nd day ^^). On 22 May 08 2:46 PM, my packaged arrived intact with no apparent abuse of the package ( +1 for Fedex ^^). Opened up the box & everything I ordered was in great condition. The only negative(s) I can state is that Fedex did not have someone @ my household sign for the package considering that my ORDER SUMMARY stated that it was to be signed for. Currently, I just need to f/u a rebate form (which I have low expectations on since I found out that the original owners-INPHONIC- of the site had filed for bankruptcy in 2007).

I cancelled order when I was told that I must fax copies of my drivers license and front and back of my actual Social Security ID Card?! And this info was explained to me by someone living in India....and this after AT&T had approved my new account. This was an outrageous requirement! I cancelled the WireFly order and got a better deal and no such demands from Costco. This review was modified by its author, magicseeker, on

wirefly offered the cheapest price and best rebate on a Blackberry Curve i've seen compare to other online stores.
I selected my wireless plan and phone. Basically free shipping, free phone, free activation after rebates! I decided to sleep on it and make sure I made the right choices on my plan. This morning I can't even access the web site!? what kind of reputable online store goes completely offline? don't they have redundant backup system to take orders even they do maintenace of some sort? it seemed very fishy so i decided to check here and i was surprised at the very poor rating this online store received. I am glad i checked here first before clicking on CHECKOUT button. What a coincidence that they were having a All Weekend free Activation special when they decide to go completely offline.
I just checked again...still can't ping wirefy.com! :(

Ordered Jabra BT620s Bluetooth A2DP Headphones advertised on their site posted at slickdeals.com. The order process was slow to begin with, so I called two weeks (or there-abouts) later to check on the status. I was told by a CSR (didn't get name) that the product had been backordered, however was due the folliwng day. I could expect a shipping email in the few days.
On 3-12-08 I received an email that my order was cancelled - no explanation, although it seems clear the headset was a advertising gimic and or a means to collect information to sell.
Never, never order from these cheats.

I purchased two phones in January of 2007 that had a total of $200 of rebates available. After going through all the hoops of making sure I submitted the rebates correctly, I sent them in and waited for my rebate checks. When they didn't come within the wait time stated on the rebates, I called. The CSR said that they would be sent very soon. After another six months and countless calls, I still didn't get the rebates and the phone number listed on the rebate form is disconnected. Avoid this company at all costs. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Very Risky!
I ordered two Blackberry Curves for $356, they send me a tracking number, etc. I waited at home most of the day, but had leave for an hour and a half. When I returned, I quickly checked the online tracking to find out that FedEx claims to have "Left at Front Door, No Signature Required". I did not expect that, not only because it is insane to do in Baltimore City, but because the Wirefly web site specifically describes my ship method as "FedEx – Signature Required."
Assuming that my package had been stolen, I call FedEx and explain. They tell me that they will investigate it and call me in 8-10 days. WTF? I paid for the most expensive shipping option to get this in time for Christmas. I then call Wirefly and two different customer service reps repeat the same story that FedEx gave me. This being completely unacceptable, I tell them that if that's the best they can offer, I am cancelling my ordered and buying in someplace else so that I can have it in time for Christmas. That finally gets me elevated to another rep who is capable of doing slightly more than repeating scripted empathy. Much to my dismay, his "compromise" is to charge me $856 to send me another pair of phones, which will be refunded in 8-10 days pending the investigation by FedEx. While terrible, I didn't have any better option, so I took it.
Weeks later, an honest neighbor brings me a package containing the original phones which had been left at their door instead! They had been on vacation over the holidays and hadn't been able to get in touch with me earlier. In getting ready to call Wirefly to arrange for their return, I check my credit card statement to find out that they hadn't refunded anything, nor did they bother to contact me. Infuriated, I call Wirefly and ask why I hadn't been refunded, and they told me because "FedEx said they delivered it to my house". They had absolutely no intension of taking any responsibility for what is ultimately their fault for not requiring a signature and/or properly declaring the value of the package (which I understand would have required it for anything over $500). They were perfectly happy to charge me $856 dollars for their mistake. Apparently, they don't care at all if they product actually makes it to the person who paid for it.
I have since shipped to original phones back to them, hoping to be refunded the money they swindled me out of up to this point. As of right now, I have paid $1,226, spent four hours on the phone, and made one trip to FedEx for my two Blackberry devices.
