Josh, I would like to apologize for the issues you have had with us. Customer Service is one area in which we really try to exceed expectations and I am sorry that we fell short with you. In order to make sure we do not repeat this with another customer, I would love to speak with you about your experience. Also, I want to thank you for bringing to our attention the shipping charges that you incurred. We did find that we had an internal problem in which shipping charges were calculated incorrectly on orders with Heatshrink printing. With that said, I would like to make this up to you.
