"I oredered a pair of Baffin Evolution boots from Winterfootwear.com - they arrived 2 days later. Upon inspection, there were a couple of misaligned sewing errors (I'm a picky Engineer). They sent me a return UPS label and I shipped them back. The new boots came within a week of receiving the old ones back and they were perfect. They had the best price and free shipping at the time. You're best off sending an email for inquiries unless you only want to order or return - return status inquiries can not be answered by the call center taking orders, but they can issue a return label. Overall a very good experience! And the Baffin boots are excellent!"
