On May 14th we sent this email:
"Hello, Thank you for your order! We are writing to let you know that as a part of our Always Fresh Inventory program, we did not have sufficient stock of PetGuard Yeast And Garlic Wafers - For Dogs And Cats on hand (or the expiration date did not meet our standards). While we still hope that your order will arrive within the time frame promised, we just wanted to let you know that there could be an additional 2 to 5 business days to your delivery time as we wait for the arrival of your fresh product from the manufacturer. We will ship the entirety of your order immediately to you upon arrival of this product in our warehouse. Please note this time frame is potentially subject to change depending on the manufacturer – we’ll inform you as necessary. Thank you again for your order and your understanding. If we can answer further questions, do not hesitate to contact us. In good health ~ Your Wild Earth Market Team "
On May 21st we sent this follow-up:
"Thank you for your order! We are writing to inform you that your PetGuard Yeast And Garlic Wafers which were temporarily sold out on our shelves at the time of your order is also on Manufacturer’s Back Order and not available from the manufacturer or supplier at this time. We will ship the entirety of your order immediately to you upon arrival of this product in our warehouse. If we do not receive this product within 30 days we will cancel this product off of your order and issue a refund. Thank you again for your order and your understanding. If we can answer further questions, do not hesitate to contact us. In Health ~ Your Wild Earth Market Team. "
As soon as the product is available to us we will ship it right out to you.

This si the second time I have ordered and, like last time, received a message after nearly a week that some of my products were on backorder, awaiting arrival from the manufacturer of a fresh shipment to insure inventory quality. OK, that sounds reasonable. With the second order I was notified after a few days that one of the products was being awaited from the manufacturer and I could receive a split shipment at no extra charge. I agreed to that. Several days later I received a message that most of the other items on my order were also unavailable for shipment at that time. This was very disappointing and lead me to think that there is no inventory at Wild Earth market, just a website, ad items are requested from the manufacturer when they are ordered by a customer. I chose to cancel my order and was told that a refund was being processed internally and would appear on my credit card statement according to my bank's policies. Did I mention that my credit card was charged 2 days after the order was placed and before I was notified that my items were unavailable? I has now been 12 days since I cancelled my order and I have yet to see a refund on my credit card account. My bank has issued credits with lightning speed in the past, so I am suspicious that the hold up is not with them. It is on my to-do list for today to contact Wild Earth market today to remind them of this issue. Sigh. What a hassle. I ended up ordering similar items from Amazon a week ago and they have all arrived.
