"Had this computer for little over 2 months now and is running great. Plus the price if you compare it to say... Dell... The leading computer company in the world... I would of paid ALOT more for a laptop with the same specs, but from WidowPC I got exactly what I wanted for a good price. Also, I got my system withing a week and a half. Now I'm not an expert but I'm pretty sure that's fast in the gaming world. The thing I like the most is when my friends talk about how good their desktop computers are I can say that mine is just as good or, in most cases, better then their's and it's a laptop. I mean I play MMORPG's and can run multiple accts on my computer at once + ventrilo + my instant messengers + look stuff up on the net when I need it. I would recommend, and have recommended people to WidowPC anytime they want to buy a REAL gaming computer."

"We ordered from Widow PC because they advertised a product that performed as well as Alienware, but without the inflated cost. They are highly knowleagable and spent a lot of time with us on the phone helping us chose our new laptop.

We love our new laptop. It is great for gaming, very fast, reliable, awesome graphics, etc.

Widow PC delivered our laptop as promised with great customer support throughout the process.

We would definitely buy again and refer others!"

"I did quite a bit of research before buying my new gaming computer. I found both good and bad reviews on every single computer company I searched. What turned me on to WidowPC was their attitude of real customer service. I figure if I ever need help I can call and talk with someone at WidowPC who knows my system instead of someone in China or India. That makes me feel really good about this purchase.

I purchased in July and received my computer about a week and half later. The wiring job inside the case is immaculate. The system lights up a neon blue and looks really awesome in my room with the lights turned out. It plays WoW much faster than my old system and I seem to be able to react faster than most of the people in my guild, during raids. I owe that to this extremely fast system...it even boots up faster than I've ever seen a Windows based system boot.

"Alienware takes about 6 times longer than WidowPC to process orders, let alone receive them. Well, that was my experience anyway. WidowPC gave me great customer support, a lower price on the laptop, and I got it in well under 90 days (more like two weeks). On the flip side, Alienware still hasn't refunded my 2600 dollars for the laptop I never received. But they did refund about 600, why, well when you figure that one out let me know. Just buy from WidowPC; it's safer that way."

"Well now that everythig is settled I feel much more confident about the company and my buy. The support helped me get calm and sort things out. Joshua was a great help and all the staff are great. Instead of giving me the old motherboard he held my LT for a little while and gave me the brand new motherboard with no extra charge. And instead of standard shipping he gave me 3 day and it was here on time. Thanks so much to Widowpc i love the computer and now wouldnt buy anything else. Im STUCK!!!!"

"I bought from WidowPC after cancelling an Alienware order (I waited over two months for it and never received it). The guys at Widow were polite. Evin helped me with my order and even talked me out of buying components I didn't need! I'm a gamer and I know games but don't really know hardware so it's nice to see someone so helpful with explaining what the machine does. Evin told me what each component did and why I should get it. I was left with the feeling that I had bought exactly the machine I wanted.

When I got my machine I was absolutely amazed its performance - I never knew Morrowind looked like that! I also play BF2 and was surprised to see just how much my game improved because of hardware performance. I didn't realize so much of my lag was caused by my own hardware.

In short, very happy with my computer. I'm definitely coming back to Widow after this computer nears the end of its life."

"My prior laptop was stolen, and so I did a lot of shopping and decided to try Widow PC because of their good feedback ratings. It was a slightly delayed process, more on that later, but for now I am absolutely 100% happy with them.
I called Widow on June 19th and Adam took my order and made some suggestions, and my Sting laptop was quickly in their system. I hoped to get it the following week when I arrived back home, but then something I really didn't expect happened: I got a all from Widow PC with a little mixed news. Unfortunately, they couldn't use the graphics card I had wanted, but instead of simply making me wait for a back order like some other companies have done in the past, Adam said I would be getting a free upgrade. Well, I was pleasantly surprised and so the wait wasn't a big deal.
three weeks later I called up and spoke to Adam, who was quite polite when I called, and explained that I was going back out of town again and still didn't have my machine, and he told me that it should ship the following day. Lo and behold, it shipped, and I had it in my hands just in time to head back off to work.
I am exceptionally pleased. I was a little nervous at tying up so much money in a machine, but now I am a believer. This machine is a Sting 517D, and it absolutely flies through my daily work. So far the price is worth it, and my computer is a much better stable machine than my last laptop... and this one takes anything I've thrown at it so far and begs for more!
Having dealt with other major laptop "manufacturers" I can say this: so far Widow has set themselves apart by taking care of the customer. Unless something really unexpected happens, I'm a customer for life. "

"I recently purchased a String 5604 from WidowPC. the sales agent was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the computer has been amazing.

I had planned to buy an Alienware, but when I found out that I they simply rebrand and resell laptops from Clevo, I came to my senses, and actually bought a BETTER machine cheaper from WidowPC.

I'd highly recommend the Sting Laptop at WidowPC"
