"Im so glad that I have the ability to edit this review because I sort of trashed WL without having the full picture. As it turns out, the long hold on my tracking number was result of ineptitude on part of the USPS and their terrible update system. not having much experience ordering from out of the country I blamed the delay in information on WL My order is finally moving in the states! I want to thank Jim at WL who seems to be the backbone of customer service for taking personal intrest in my concerns:-) i will be ordering again soon just because of him. To those concerned about lack of movement on USPS tracking web site, , stick it out its them not WL"
"Wicked lasers is a great company with excellent customer service. If they make a mistake, they WILL make up for it and compensate for lost time. Both times I've ordered my lasers I have received them in 9 business days. I'm actually impressed with Wicked Lasers. I give them 5/5 stars. "

"Update: After 16 day's my laser arrives. Yippy! It's of good quality, functions as advertised and performs to my expectations. If Wickedlasers would simply inform customers upfront that shipping out of China takes several weeks, people would know what to expect and there would be few complaints. Never tell customers 24 - 48 hours unless you mean it. Since Wickedlasers did eventually fill my order, I raise their rating to 3 stars. "
"I ordered the "core" in march of 2010. i too never received any conformation or tracking number. After a month i accepted the fact that i got scammed. Almost six months later, my laser just showed up. i put lithium batteries in it and it's still going strong. I then ordered the E2 early this month. I was able to see that it was processing, so after 1 week i contacted them. to my surprise they answered. after sending/receiving multiple e-mails, they have apologized for the error. They informed me there was a back-order and they were waiting on the warehouse for product. they said they would contact me as soon as anything changed.Feb. 23 i got an e-mail saying the laser i ordered was discontinued. to compensate for my "inconveniences", they upgraded me for half the cost of the difference(E3 100mW) and gave me free laser-shades. they also provided immediate processing and next-day shipping. If you still have questions on whether they are a real company, look them up on facebook and youtube.Wicked Lasers is improving drastically.They have redeemed themselves in my book, and thats why i now give them 5 stars"

"I first ordered a Wicked Laser Artic S3 in November of 2010 (yes 2010). I had practically given up on ever receiving the unit based on several 'scam' related blogs, posts and reviews posted elsewhere. In a last attempt to get the unit, I recontacted WL in December of 2011 and despite some confusion on their part over whether or not my credit card was billed (it was) for the unit - Jeice at WL came through and my S3 arrived in the mail about a week or so ago. It seems the company is finally back on track and delivering a product that exceeded my expectations on quality and function. I rate WL 3-stars only because of the inordinate wait associated with my initial order."

"Bought a wicked laser S3-Spyder Arctic G1 III in 2010 paid a lot of money. It worked for about 70 days and than stopped working. We tried and tried phone calls and emails, with no response. I had all the packaging that it can with. So I mailed all back with a copies of all the emails and the dates of all of my calls to them. After 10 months of enough not one word, the package was returned all ripped up with stickers of unclaimed. I put it away, but I'm so bad about all the money over $300 and time lost. I would like it repaired or refund I can not believe that this company can do this to people. After post this review I was contacted by Jim with Wicked Laser. He talked with customer service, he and customer service both emailed me about returning the broken one. I followed all the steps and within weeks I received a one updated laser. Now I'm keeping my fingers cross that this one keeps working. I'm very Happy with the support they gave me this time around. "
"ordered, charged, USPS said shipping info recieved and arrived at facility yet they have no record of it. I got a lot of music when I tried to call, emailed with no response. I am quickly losing faith and seriously debating a charge back and fraud report.Shortly after this I was contacted by Jim of wicked lasers who was very helpful with my order. it arrived about a week later and everything works great! Despite my initial concerns and the very minor hiccup, I think I will definitely be doing business with this dealer again."
"well i ordered my E3 violet laser from wickedlasers 2 days ago, but i haven't received a shipping number or anything like that yet, and after reading the reviews, I don't think my son is going to get it by christmas. hoping that they pull through but now I don't have confidence it will."
"looks like im not the only one with this horrible problem from Wicked Lasers!! i ordered my laser a while ago and waited weeks for some sort of email or tracking number but nothing happened so i called them and on the 3rd time i got thru to some one they told me that china was having a holiday and that they wont be shipping out until the upcoming week and that was a weeks ago. ive been trying to call them and every single time i get a answering machine telling me all representatives are busy, either wait on the line or leave a message, so i left about 5 messages with no response from them, and ive been on hold for 30-45 min about 8 times a day.and they expect people to buy their products? ive been waiting to do a review on the laser for about 800,000 to 1,300,000 people that watch me, looks like those people wont be buying a laser anytime soon... "I, along with what looks like the rest of wicked laser customer base, am completely displeased with the way they have run there business thus far. Like everyone else was immediately charged for the laser, have waited well over a month and have not recived any type of shipping conformation. I have tried several times to contact wicked lasers and have been unsuccessful. I am frustrated to say the least and would like everyone to know that wicked lasers like to waste alot of people's time. Update:After posting this review I was contacted by wicked lasers and worked out an compensation for my time waiting. After getting in contact with the right employee at wicked lasers I can say that I am very satisfied with the customer service and the quality of the lasers coming from wicked lasers. "Bought 2 lasers on my birthday 9/9/11 as a gift to myself. payment went through fine that day. I have called now 6 times if not way more then that, only to get the run around. First rep said it takes a week to process due to the items coming from China.(thats fine I waited) Called back was told they were out of stock. Called again told me they had shipped 1 of my lasers but were not able to give me the tracking number and they had to contact shipping to have them send me a tracking number. called again the next day and was told they were out of stock but to call the next day. Called again and waited on hold for over an hour ( I had to keep calling back even though it is normal business hours) This is not how people do business in the real world. I work for a bank and have recorded all of the conversations as I told the reps. This will be taken to the proper channels and not just fraud to the bank but further than that. I really bought these to test them and if I liked them I was going to buy a bunch for friends as gifts."
"I'm very nervous about the negative posts here about shipping times. I just emailed customer service asking for a tracking number or a confirmation that the laser shipped. The inventory showed 24 in stock. I ordered 1 arctic. I'll keep you guys posted on time to receipt from order date.Well, it took a few months, but well worth the wait. As the reviews here indicate, Jim is excellent. I've had plenty of field time now with the laser too, and its awesome. Keep in mind when you order it, be patient. Call to see if they are in stock. Its an excellent product."
