reply posted Nov-08-2012 “Unfortunately this order was placed when we were devastated by Hurricane Sandy, which is why the order was delayed. We issued a full credit (including shipping) within minutes of the customer sending email to us with damage claim. Unfortunately when shipping fragile items there can sometimes be damage but we will always send a replacement or issue a credit.”
