"6 weeks later and still do not have all my parts. The transom kit I bought was shipped to me for the wrong outdrive. I let this slide as everyone is entitled to a mistake here and there but one of the hoses I ordered came in completely wrong. The return portal on their website wont accept the invoice number. I literally am threw the wrong hose in the trash and ordered the correct hose from amazon. It showed up 2 days later and is correct for $23 less. Did I mention they want to charge you $9.99 to return the part they made a mistake on?These guys cannot get the correct parts sent out, they are not easy to do returns with and then when you pay 2day air freight, it still takes 10 days to get a part because it is only air freighted once they receive it from their supplier. Have they not heard of drop shipping? My mechanic has literally had my boat torn apart for 6 weeks waiting for the correct parts to come in.SAVE YOURSELF A MAJOR HEADACHE AND ORDER ELSEWHERE!"

"I found an item that was more reasonably priced than two other vendors plus it showed the item in stock ready to ship I made my order. A few days went by I received a package from them, but it only had one of my items I ordered, on the invoice there was a statement that my other items were out of stock they would be shipped as soon as they were available. Needless to say I was less than pleased so I called them directly I was connected to a gentleman by the name of Robert I explained to him the situation and gave him the order number. His response was "didn't you see that the item would take 7-9 days once received, or basically not in stock" I explained to him that when I placed my ordered it showed "In stock" he acted like that would have been impossible, and without any chance of resolution he asked if I wanted to wait or cancel the order? I decided at that moment they just lost my business I opted to refund my money. "
spark plug wire 100' (feet) ..i got 1(ONE) foot
"I ordered 100 feet of spark plug wire from them on eBay,the listing showed a spool of wire and read 100 '.When i received the pkg,i knew it was wrong ,as it was in a bubble envelope.The invoice inside the envelope stated 100',just like the eBay ad. I called and spoke with Morgan ,she said" they would not send me 99 feet for free". Total was $8.33 ,seems like that is quite expensive for 1 foot of spark plug wire! She said on their website the wire is listed as sold by the foot. Now the eBay listing shows in capital letters "SOLD BY THE FOOT" Don't they proofread their listings before they post them? I could tell she was not happy having to deal with me. So sorry for disturbing you. I would not recommend dealing with this poorly organized company. I will also be leaving some very bad reviews on eBay.Look at all the negative reviews here,do you really want to be ultimately disappointed? I recommend to not do business with this business!"
"I ordered a boat seat. 7-10 day delivery they advertised. After a few days the web site said still processing so I gave them a call and the order number, and they couldn't even find the order. They re-did it so I waited a few more days...the order status says still processing. I get on chat with them and they say it will be shipped out in a couple weeks, sometime next month...what the hell? Cancelled order. What a bunch of clowns. Don't waste your time."
"Ordered part on website and website stated ships same or next day. I ordered after 3:00 so I knew it would be next day. Next day comes and nothing, i also paid for 2 day shipping because I need my part ASAP. So I go online to the chat option and asked if part had been shipped. I was then informed that the part is not in stock and will take 7-10 business days!! WOW!!! Would have been nice to know this before I ordered it and I could have ordered from elsewhere!! So they refund me my money and of course I have to wait 3 days to receive my refund. Horrible and I will NEVER recommend this company!!"
"This company is awesome! I ordered the wrong impeller for my water pump and didn't realize it until after I received it. Called and spoke with Will, manager. He not only took the item back but found me the right one! Yes, I had to pay the initial shipping and the return shipping but that is to be expected as I ordered the wrong part. When I contacted them, they even gave me free shipping on the right one!! I'll be back! "
"Do not purchase from this company. Ordered a stater switchfor a boat. It took soooo long to receive the part that the boat was sold before we received. I contacted the seller to request a returnable they said sure. They only refunded me 7 dollars of a 25 dollar order. They kept my initial shipping that I paid...AND 9.99 for a ups label that I did not even use. When I disputed with paypal..they LIED and said that I purchased the wrong part without their help...Liars...cheaters.....BAD BAD BUSINESS. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD!!"

"After spending a fortune on marine equipment, I received defective skis. 2 months of continuous contact with this company and no one returns calls and emails. The service was horrible and I constantly get referred to more and more people. Don't buy from this company"
"After reading several of these reviews, although they were ALL negative .... I decided to give these guys a chance.... Well, WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS... I placed an order of about $550.00 worth of stuff.. it took over two months before I received anything.. And when I did, one piece was damaged.. The customer service is a JOKE. When you have issues(which you will) and when you contact them, they will promise you anything just to get you off the phone... After three months, I FINALLY CANCELED WHAT WAS NOT SHIPPED TO ME.. They did refund my money, But I Highly recommend that you don't do Business with Wholesale Marine regardless of their prices...I wish I could have given them a Negative Star.... SAD Van C. "I operate business and rely on companies to ship when they say they will ship so that I can schedule work. When a company tells me a item is shipped but then refuses to supply a tracking number I stop doing business with them. I have been told that the items I ordered were in stock and would ship that day. Now I'm told they are shipping from the manufacturer and would be delivered the next day. 3 days now and no parts. I don't have an issue with a drop shipping company but I need to know up front if that is the case, so that I can schedule work accordingly. Each time I call them they get a little uglier with their response. I was also advised that they do not supply tracking numbers on drop shipped orders. With that said I would not recommend doing business with this outfit."
