I have ordered from Wholesale Marine in the past and never had an issue, but this time things didn\u0027t go very well. <br><br>Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I will never order a thing from this company again ever even if I have to pay double to my marina or local retialer - at least they are helpful and take care of my needs. <br><br>Placed my order on a Tuesday, ETA was Wednesday - I live in Ohio, so it is a one day transit. I still didn\u0027t have anyting by Thursday so I tracked the box and it showed being delivered on Wednesday afternoon to my house - never got it. So on Friday, I contacted Wholesale Marine, they would put a trace on the box, but couldn\u0027t do anything until they heard from FedEx and they would call me back - nothing. Got a call from Fed Ex within 2 hours that same day. So I called Wholesale back at the beginning of the following week, and they would be happy to re-ship my order if I re-paid for it. Ummm - what? <br><br>I have worked for both UPS and a retailer in the inventory department, so I know how shipping and filing claims for lost inventory works. After waiting for the trace on the box, FedEx contacted me back, Wholesale Marine didnt (nice follow up on their part), and say that they determined the package as being lost since I never got it even though they show delivery to my house, so now I am waiting for these bozos to issue a credit to my credit card - can hardly wait to see how long that will take. Then the \u0022customer service person\u0022 (and I use that term very loosely) had the audacity to ask if I wanted them to re-ship my order, no I wanted you idiots to do that 5 days ago when I told you the box never arrived. Considering my boat is going in the water tomorrow, um no I don\u0027t have time for your crap and went to a local store that got me what I needed for around the same price. Oh, and having been in the inventory business, I hope they get screwed on their claim to FedEx for being jerks to their customers.
