I think that call went far beyond just average customer service. I received the item June 4. I had to shop for the lubricant delaying the actual installation. I would have given a higher rating if the package included the lubricant or if the seller had advised me of the need when I purchased the water pump. Shipping was projected to arrive by the end of the day. It arrived mid morning.
