Thank you for the review.
So everyone reading this knows, this was a shipment to Canada. It is true we only offer UPS to Canada. However, If the customer is willing to take the risk we can ship via USPS. Not sure how much savings that would equate to... Also, when shipping by non-trackable methods the customer takes on full responsibility. In other words, if the package gets lost there is no recourse...
None the less, we are appreciative of your honest review and patronage.”

posted Apr-03-2012 “The package was certainly yellowed as this probe has been on the hook for a long time. However I was not aware of any damage to it.
If you are unhappy we can certainly issue a call tag and have it picked and your money refunded.
Believe me, you don't stay in business for 30 years by being dishonest so that comment we do take offense too. There was no dishonest intentions what so ever.
You should be aware that this probe is no longer manufactured by BK Precision.
So, if you want a refund, let me know and I'll get it started.
