My guess is that you are disappointing that the RJ45 splitter does not allow more than one active connection at a time and hence forth giving us a low rating... Even though this is plainly written in the product description.

However, Our policy is a 30-day no questions asked return... You still have time. We will credit you back for the amount of the produce but shipping costs are not refundable...”

posted Apr-03-2012 “The package was certainly yellowed as this probe has been on the hook for a long time. However I was not aware of any damage to it.
If you are unhappy we can certainly issue a call tag and have it picked and your money refunded.
Believe me, you don't stay in business for 30 years by being dishonest so that comment we do take offense too. There was no dishonest intentions what so ever.
You should be aware that this probe is no longer manufactured by BK Precision.
So, if you want a refund, let me know and I'll get it started.
