Thank you for the review.
So everyone reading this knows, this was a shipment to Canada. It is true we only offer UPS to Canada. However, If the customer is willing to take the risk we can ship via USPS. Not sure how much savings that would equate to... Also, when shipping by non-trackable methods the customer takes on full responsibility. In other words, if the package gets lost there is no recourse...
None the less, we are appreciative of your honest review and patronage.”

They were able to order directly from them and arranged to get the part drop shipped to me so I would have it the next day. Once I realized what they were able to do, I made a second order for additional parts. In order to get all the parts in one shipment, Pat went out of his way to work out all the details. He was very helpful, pleasant, and encouraging.
