It is obvious by this forum that we participate in ResellerRatings and use email to communicate with customers to ask them to also participate so that other potential customers can feel at ease when placing orders.
As for receiving a rating of 1 and Very dissatisfied for asking for your participation, I have no comment... But, we do still appreciate your feedback.”

We also removed shipping costs from your order and shipped the order under your UPS account.
Tracking information shows the order delivered and signed for.
Perhaps you have Wholesale Electronics confused with another order with another company?”
