I have been extremely pleased with the recent service provided by Wholesale Electronics, Inc. Recently, I found myself needing an item which could not be obtained through local means, and found the Wholesale Electronics, Inc catalog online via Google search. The online product catalog listing was very complete, easy to navigate, and offered thorough and detailed information about the electrical component part which I had been searching for. Placing the order was very efficient and secure through the WEISD website store. The item arrived very promptly and in excellent condition via USPS Priority Mail, just as I had requested. I am very pleased with the product line and service offered from this company, and will definitely purchase through their website again, as needed. As I surfed the Web, I came across the Wholesale Electronics site. The part I needed was available, at a lower cost than other sites and they offered a greater selection of shipping methods. I had placed my order on Sunday evening and the products were shipped Monday. Living in Alaska I expected the package to arrive much later, it arrived by Thursday, Nov 12th. As day light is limited to approximately 8 hours this time of year, I was able to have the timer motor installed and the parking lot lights were fully functional in time for our churches 30th anniversary. Thank you for your quick service and support from all of use at the First Korean Baptist Church of Anchorage, Alaska.

Wholesale Electronics had the item I needed. Their website was easy to navigate and placing my order was simple. Follow-up communication was acurate and our item arrived as promised.

I will never order anything from these clowns again.  
I paid in full when I placed my order. A couple of days go by and they tell me they are on back order, should be in within a week. 3 weeks later I get the parts! I also told them they charge too much for shipping. I tell them how they can save money on shipping. You think they adjust their inflated shipping charges? NO. They sent my parts like I showed them and pocketed the difference. Nice way to do business. To top it off, the parts were not what they said they were.

I may have been abit harsh on my review, but at least mine was honest. Here are the facts, from your emails. You DID tell me that they were on backorder within 30 minutes of placing the order, that is true. You said they would ship in 3-7 days. 2 weeks later I email you to ask where are they and I'm told they should be in the following week and will ship out the same day. You also said you would adjust the inflated shipping charges which you did not. In summary, you did say they would be delayed a week, but it was more like 3 weeks and you said you would adjust the shipping charges and you did not. I understand backorders are beyond your control, but if you can not deliver as promised, tell your customer. I don't think it's too much to expect someone to do what they say they are going to do, but then maybe I'm unreasonable, right?

It could not have been much better. I needed a part quickly, so I called. They answered promptly; confirmed stock on the item I needed; took my information quickly (and accurately)and I had what I needed in 2 days, just as they said. They emailed me with a receipt (that printed all on one page!!, unlike most online transactions that run onto 2 pages), emailed that it was shipped, emailed with shipping tracking information; emailed me with confirmation from UPS that it was delivered!

I was grateful and impressed with the response to my email inquiry about the part in question. I emailed on 9/14 and had a reply that evening! Parts were ordered the next day and I installed my trippers yesterday (9/22). Life is great! Thank you.

Appreciated the help in finding the product I needed. BUT....  
The item I ordered had to be back ordered and I was delayed on recieving it for over a week plus! We needed it within a week! It would have been nice to know before the order was completed. I was not informed till an hour after the order was completed that it was not in stock. I would have gone somewhere else to purchase had I known!

Dealer advised (by a note associated with parts description)that a related part should be ordered together with the desired part. No other dealer did this.  
 
This rather simple act saved me considerable time and frustration. Good job.
