"I was very please with the way Jason handled the booking of our tickets. he was very informative and helpful from the beginning. when he got us a great price for our business class tickets, he even gave us time to compare his flight with others. It just shows how truly confident he was with his product. This kind of customer service and great product deserves a brand new repeat customer!"

"In all of my years of travel, I've never had an easier time booking my trip. I've been planning this business trip for a while now and I thought that booking my ticket was the least of my worries. Little did I know how high the prices were now. Luckily I got in touch with Lana at wholesale flights. She found me a great flight in business class and I paid thousands less than what I would have booking with others. She was very nice over the phone and most of all very responsive when I had any questions about my booking. I would gladly book my next trip with her solely relying on her customer service and of course a cheap flight would help too! Thank you Lana!"

"It's nice to finally get to speak with someone who knows what they are talking about. I had the chance to work with Dennis and I have to really say, he exceeded all of my expectations. He found me a great price for business class flight and at the same time provided me with great customer service. All the questions I had about my upcoming trip, he had the answers to. A great experience in all aspects and I would be glad to book with him again."

"Fast and reliable service is really hard to find these days. That's why the last 3 times I've traveled international business, I've stuck with Frank at Wholesale Flights. He's a great guy to talk to and he always likes to follow up just to keep you in the loop. That shows me that he's working very hard to keep my attention. Out off all 3 times I've booked with him, I've had no problems at all. Every time was painless as it always should be. "

"I wanted to thank John for booking my ticket. He made the process seem so easy when I was having the toughest time finding a good flight and most importantly a good price for it. I sent a request on the wholesale flights website and in a couple of minutes I got a call from John. it only took a couple of minutes until he found the perfect flight for me. He also took the liberty to offer me a promotional code to save $200 more off of the low price that he was already giving me. This I have to say was going beyond the call of duty. The best part, they're local to me so he also told me that if I ever had any questions, i could call email or just simply come into their office. A great job in hiring the right people for this industry, thank you John."

"There couldn't have been a better time for me to find a new travel agent. The agency I've used before were always hard to get a hold of and sometimes the prices weren't even that great. Luckily I got in touch with Frank at Wholesale Flights. He took a little bit of time searching for my flight but eventually found one that suited me best. He got me a great price in business class and even offered first class for a little bit more but I opted for the cheaper ticket. He followed up with me in between the booking and everything just went great. I will continue to use Frank for any further travels and I hope the customer service always stays the same. "

"Wholesale Flights lied and cheated me when I was seriously ill and did so with full knowledge and shameless intent.
I contacted this company after having heart surgery and thinking I was well enough to travel and see SE asia. The main point I made with this company was that it was possible that I may have to cancle due to health reasons, I simply didn't know and wanted to be cautious. The "travel agent" I spoke to Lana and she sold me a one way ticket to Bangcock at what she assured me was a fantastic whole sale price of just under $1000.00. She said to be able to retain this price considering my concern that I may have to cancel due to health problems she was going to send me a form to sign. When the form arrived I read it and it said that if I cancelled I would forfit the ticket price. I called Lana and asked what this ment, she knew that canceling was my main concern. She replied that she was well aware of my problem and informed me that this was a formality, that if I cancelled there would be an insignificant fee and not to worry. I signed the form,
Shortly after I sent her that form I had severe chest pain, called an ambulance was admitted to the hospital and had 5 stents implanted. I was too ill to travel and called Lana and told her so. She told me to send information from my physician saying I could not travel and I did. Lana sent me another form saying that Wholesale Flights would reimburst me a sum just above $200.00 if I signed that form which cleared Wholesale Flights any further financial obligation to me. I refused, that was 3 years ago. I am finally well enough to try to recover my money plus damages.
So far I have discovered that I was charged appx. twice the price of the flight. I also found that had I taken that flight to Bangcock without a ticket out, I wouldn't have been permitted in that country.
I will give Wholesale Flights a chance to make me whole, but I'm not optimistic. At this point I don't care if lawyers get what I paid and more. Preying on the sick and weak is disgusting and I am willing to expose Wholesale Flights and wicked Lana."

"Wholesale Flights is both unprofessional and unreliable. We were looking for business class flights to Europe to connect with a cruise. Our first agent, Jay Cooper, was totally incompetent. It took numerous phone calls to finally agree on an itinerary and a price. Our credit card was then overcharged by more than $300, and one of the transatlantic flights was booked in coach. Jay agreed to refund the overcharge and upgrade the flight as soon as business class was available. Then he stopped answering phone calls and emails. When we finally threatened to cancel the entire transaction, we got the refund and a different flight in the correct class. And another charge on our credit card. Jay also agreed to refund this charge, but he was finally terminated by the company. His successor, Jason Mayer, did get us a prompt refund and we thought the matter was settled. But in confirming our flight with the airline just prior to departure, we found that only 3 of the 5 legs had actually been booked. Another leg was booked on the wrong date and in coach. Jason got that flight changed to the correct date, but the company has refused to upgrade us to the class we bought and paid for. We will not be dealing with Wholesale Flights again. If you do so, keep a well-documented paper trail. Your lawyer might find it helpful."

""Josh is a wonder"

When I got to Josh to handle a flight problem for me, I knew it would be difficult. Our requirements were fairly stiff. We needed three adjacent seats from LAX to Athens Greece in business class with a full lie down configuration with no more than one stop, and we wanted these seats for a very reasonable price. Did I mention it was a very busy time to fly to this destination? Well, I can tell you that Josh really put himself into the problem and after several disappointing dead ends, he finally got what we needed, and for a good price. To say that he dedicated himself to the task would be an understatement--he worked like a man possessed.

Thank you Josh for doing the job for us. We will recommend you to anyone we know who needs a good deal. "

"Josh at WF went above and beyond the call of duty to give us the very best service. My daughter was planning a trip to France and Josh really worked hard to get the best possible flight and deal for her. "Awesome prices and superior service. Easily the cheapest business class tickets on the market. I booked with Eric and he was fantastic. Knows everything there needs to be known in travel."
