"Wheels Next is perhaps one of the biggest scams on the internet. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEFS!!!! I bought some Enkei Rims and tires for 1240.00 and never got them. I ordered them August 14, 2011. Every single week I would call and say "Where ARE THEY!!" and every single time they gave me another date of arrival. 3 months late I called to cancel and they said they could not give my money back. 1240 grand WTF!!!! HUGE SCAM DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THESE F**KS!!!!"
"Has been almost 7 weeks since order was placed. Emailed customer service 2 weeks ago, with no response. The main customer service line appears to have been disconnected or is no longer functioning. On the phone with CC company now filing a dispute."
"I did a chargeback against these crooks after they threatened me with a 10% cancellation "fee" on items that never shipped, nearly 30 days after order placement. The funny thing is, they tried to fight it stating I had received the product!!! BS, who kept their money? I did. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE BUNCH OF CLOWNS, I WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS PRIOR TO ORDERING. "Everyone that says this place sucks is absolutely correct. I ordered my rims and tires on 5 May 2012. It is now 26 June 2012 and no rims. I have called several times for the order status and the answere is always the same..they will be shipped on this date...whatever. It is so hard to get through to this company and when you do it sounds like you are talking to total idiots. I just want my money back now. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with."
"Piece of advice #1: If you have not ordered from Wheels Next yet, DON'T. I ordered my wheels back in the beginning of May and was told that they would be shipped out in 3-5 business days. That was lie #1. I called back a week later, and they said it would be 7-10 business days, lie #2. Lie #3 was told to me when I called on a Monday in JUNE that they would be shipped out on Friday. When I called back again, I was told that they had a problem with UPS and my wheels and tires would not be shipped out until the following Wednesday. After I had enough, I wanted to cancel. After about 3 hours, and I mean 3 hours, I finally was caller number 1. Now I'm getting some where, right? WRONG. The voice mail picked up and said to leave a message and before I could, it said the voice mail was full and hung up on me. And remind you this is not a toll free number. I dreed seeing my phone bill. I got so mad!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I thought I could cancel on their website. No you can't. But I did find reviews when I began typing in the web address. Wished I had seen these before I ordered. So, like everybody else, they have the wheels, tires and my money. ADVICE #2: If you have ordered and want to cancel and can't get hold of anyone, call your credit card company before it's too late. They will help you. P.S. I typed in the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and over 160 people have done the same. The BBB has given this company an 'F'. Companys like this should be put out of business."
"I'll keep it short and sweet. Shipment is now 3 weeks late. They've pushed shipment date 4 times now stating wheel shipment delay, problem with a tire, tire shipment delay...Not worth saving a couple hundred dollars for the trouble. Still don't know if I'll ever get what I paid for. And that's not to mention the atrocious customer service when you actually get a hold of someone. Incompetent, crooked neanderthals is about the best way I can think of to describe the staff at Wheels Next. Kudos on being the worst of the worst!Update: After a two month delay I finally gave up and filed a dispute through Amex. Wheels Next was given a 30 day period to get the item to me or Amex would pull the money from them and credit my card. They didn't even bother trying so I got a full refund, and a massive headache. Lesson learned.."
"Wheels Next Year. I ordered Enkei FD-05 and NS-1 245/45/17 Wheel combo on April 11,2012. After about a month and a half I started e-mailing them. Customer service didn't know much of any thing they just tell you what you want to hear. I finally talked to the salesman who took my order and had to change my tire size to NS-1 235/45/17 because they couldn't get the original tires I ordered. Didn't receive them until June 7,2012. When they did get here and I opened them up and some of the balance weights were off one of the tires. So I had to have them re balanced and was told that they all were unbalanced. They also sent the wrong type lug nuts. They were the right size just wrong type. I will say the wheels look great. The price is good but if you need these wheels right away like I did and most probably do chances are you are gonna wait a long time. Its worth paying the couple hundred dollars that you would save to get them in a few days and receive all the right accessories you need. They are a real company and you will one day get you wheels. You just don't know when. As you can read same thing as everyone else. I won't ever order from them again to much hassle."
"I ordered from wheels next back in 2006 with no problems what so ever. However I recently decided to order rims for my car and have had nothing but problems. They added on Road Hazard which I never ordered ($125.00). I called today 6/18 to check on the status of my order because their site is very disleading in stating FAST SHIPPING (UPS GROUND!). I sat on hold for 23 minutes (timed it on my phone) finally got a very rude female associate. Asked her for the status on my wheel/tire package. She stated they haven't received my rims in from the wheel brand yet and they won't receive them until 6/28 or 6/29 at the latest. Then another day after that they will get my tires in. She said I should have a tracking number by 7/2. Thats one month from the date of purchase. I asked her about canceling and she said they will charge me 10%. So I told her that it was reasonable to charge a restocking fee if they had received my rims yet but they haven't even shipped from the wheel manufacturer yet! So now I'm stuck with the option of paying 149 to cancel my order and my refund will take 7-10 business days or wait to receive my rims. Which after reading multiple reviews now I realize I probably won't see either one!"
"I NEVER EVER write reviews but i felt everyone needs to know about this crappy company. once they take your money the make up every lie in the book. ive waited almost 2 months and still nothing. they have me wait on the phone for 30 mins or evn longer. When i request a refund they put me on hold and the phone hangs up. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. order from someone else."
"worst customer service out of any business,I've ever dealt with, waited 2 months to get wheels, called them and found out they were discontinued, and expect to wait on phone for an hour, now i cancelled order, now i've been waiting for a refund for a month and never heard anything, try to call accounting and phone just rings nobody ever answers, I dont know if ill ever get my money back!!!"

"I ordered tires and rims within 24hours they took their money from my account two months later several phone calls with promises they will go out this day ....call again will this day....they offered me 50.00 for my troubles and they would credit my credit card ....a week later no call no tires no 50.00.... I ordered these tires and rims March 9 2012 today is May3 2012 I have no tires or rims or the 50.00 refund but they have my 1200.00 "
"I ordered 4 MENZARI Z12 Machined w/ Black 18x8 with Achilles ATR Sport 245/40/18 Summer tires. for my Camaro z28. Good price for the combo, get free shipping and lug nuts. After I ordered, I looked for reviews on the company and came across this site. Was FREAKING OUT after reading all the nasty reviews and was praying it wouldn't happen to me. I placed my order on 4/11/12 and got a follow up email telling me they will be sent out in 2 weeks. Well long story short, they WERE sent out 2 weeks later, only took 5 days of shipping via UPS. I opened the packages up and checked out everything and everything is EXACTLY what I ORDERED! EXCEPT - no lugnuts :( BUT for all the other things that COULD have went WRONG, this was the LEAST of my worries! :) I emailed company and they are sending them out! :) SO let me tell you guys, I was very skeptical after seeing the nasty reviews, and hoped it wouldn't happen to me, and it DIDN'T! So idk if I just got very lucky? or if all the people with the nasty reviews here are full of S**T?! Overall, I am VERY PLEASED with my wheels and very pleased with the instant email responses back, good customer service. only thing they messed up on were forgetting my lugnuts, Big whoop compared to all the other negative things I have read...I wouldn't let these bad reviews scare you...unless I just got lucky...???"
"BAD BAD BAD don't buy from hear i did not reed reviews and am sorry to say i got f##ked ordered pacer315c rims and falken high country#105s tire package with all the free bees locks, lugs, mounting,nitrogen and shipping for me 1989 chevy truck i am restoring recived order about 10 days after payment did not open them at that time took them to my mechinec were truck was being restored went back 7 days later to check progress and the first thing i see was no center caps and then the wroung tire they mounted hankook-h714 insted just a plane white leter car tire on my rims but still charged me 208.00 more for the tire i ordered many calls no help they say they have a 48hr return policy and still no centercaps DON'T DO IT"
"I ordered wheels for my civic after waiting a week they finally call to tell me that they are backordered and will take 50 days to get so i try to cancel and they said it will be 15% for restocking fee... hows there a fee on something thats not in stock ?! terrible customer service ! u wait on the phone for hrs just to talk to someone that acts like he has no idea what he doing !!! this business is a joke !"
