"Same story for me - non delivery of product and still can't get refund. Contacted the Attorney General of FL (www.myfloridalegal.com) regarding these scam artists and they suggested I also contact the following people. You should too!

"F**K wheels next!!!! I purchased a wheel and tire combo six months ago. Combo was Bentchi B7 24*10 wheels with the Delinte D8 305/35/R24 tires. After having them just six months the chrome is falling off the wheels and there is bubbles in the chrome...Never buy from this company... "

"HORRIBLE DONT EVER ORDER FROM THEM......!!!! I ordered my wheels a month ago and nothing......... Ive never had such terrible service ever. wish I would have read the reviews first.!!!! not worth the deal."

"FUCK THESE GUYS IF I WAS IN FLORIDA ID DRIVE DOWN TO THE SHOP,IF THERE EVEN IS ONE AND ID BEAT THEM ONE BY ONE WITH A TIRE IRON. I waited over a month and never got my rims and tires. I called many times and got the same bullshit story. I got my bank to refund my 2500 dollars so I wouldn't even have to deal with these ass clowns."

Worst Web Site and rip off techniques of ordering
Worst and the most ignorant people populate the orifixes of this hole in the world wide web. They go out of their way to be inept.

"these guys absolutly suck! there is no other word for it. paid up front on september 13th 2011 & we still do not have wheels! It's now November 7th they lie about tracing packages & when you will recieve them. they will take your $ & don't care after that. They will only answer calls when they feel like it & not return voice mails or e mails! they took advantage of my son & I filed with the BBB (who they can not be a member of since they have had so many complaints.....) be warned! stay away from this shady so called buiness!!!!"

"DO NOT BUY ANYTING FROM WHEELS NEXT! I placed a phone order for a set of wheels and tires in September 2011 and was told everyting was in stock. I paid via PayPal and though the payment was recorded in the PayPal system, I asked my sales rep for a receipt and he said he'd email me one. After a couple days, I called back and left messages -- no one would answer the Customer Service number and I send emails as well. None were answered. I left several voicemails and sent additional emails but no response. I finally filed a dispute with PayPal and after 15 days PayPal reimbursed me. Eventually, I got an email from Wheels Next that said my order was out of stock and to call sales. When I called sales, again no response after several calls and finally my sales rep answered and said I had to call customer service. Unbeliveable! These guys do not know what they are doing. Stay away and don't do business with them!"

"Wheelsnext is suck and a worst company, people who's planning to get a set of rim, don't ever buy from wheelsnext. Here is my story, I was order a set of rim, and they said you will get them in the next 2 weeks, a week later he called me back and said the one u ordered not instock nomore, then i try to order another 2 sets but they're not instock also, (ofcourse they take your money not even in 5mins), then i was cancel the order, he said: your money will return to your account in 5 bussiness days, i was waitting a month but still not return, ofcourse i was call back so many times but still didn't get money yet, it's been almost 3months now, when i talked to one of customer service, they blamed on merchandise, wat s fuck, so think before u order anything from wheelsnext, finally: wheelsnext is fucking worst, not even one star on rating!!!"

"On 08/20/11 I ordered wheels online from wheelsnext.com. On 8/22/11 Ralph called and left voicemail for me to call him. I tried immediatley to return call but couldnt get ahold of anybody. I then called back 8/23/11 he said the wheels that I had picked are no longer available from the manufacturer. Said he would send me an email with like wheels to choose from. I chose my wheels and called his voicemail for him to call me. He called me back at the end of the day and said it would be no problem I would have the wheels in two weeks he would keep me up to date emailing me all the info. On 9/8/11 I called and was placed on hold twice for over 20 minutes both times and was disconnected both times before I ever got to speak with someone. The third time I called I asked to speak to the owner or manager and they put me throught to my salesman who now can pick up the phone. He told me the wheels were mismarked and were reordered and he was getting ready to give me a courtesy call and I would have the wheels in a week and a half. If I didn't want to wait he understood and would give me a full refund. I asked him what day was a week and a half and he said he didnt know he would have to contact the wheel company and reorder. So being tired of being yanked around I asked for a refund. On 9/14/11 I called and spoke to somebody in customer service told him about my problem and he said that salesman has been terminated for taking orders and not placing them. I asked him where my refund was and he said it takes 7 to 10 business days it says it on the website and I would be getting a full refund, the ticket was put in on the 8th. So now I call them on 9/28/11 after 30 minutes on hold, they said I should get it in 3 more business days. I told them that they said 7 to 10 from the 8th, he said he didnt work in accounting he didnt know what to tell me. I asked to speak to an owner he said he only comes in once a week and wasnt there. I told him if I didn't get my money I would be contacting the Florida Attorney General and he said "you go ahead and do that sir."
They also claim to be a member of the BBB and this is what it states on the website under about us.
In 2007, WheelsNext was awarded for the 5th year in a row, the BBB`s highest ranking for an automotive wheel and tire retailer. BBB files state that WheelsNext has, "a satisfactory record…and has been responsive to any matters brought to its attention by the Bureau.""
