"I ordered 4 MENZARI Z12 Machined w/ Black 18x8 with Achilles ATR Sport 245/40/18 Summer tires. for my Camaro z28. Good price for the combo, get free shipping and lug nuts. After I ordered, I looked for reviews on the company and came across this site. Was FREAKING OUT after reading all the nasty reviews and was praying it wouldn't happen to me. I placed my order on 4/11/12 and got a follow up email telling me they will be sent out in 2 weeks. Well long story short, they WERE sent out 2 weeks later, only took 5 days of shipping via UPS. I opened the packages up and checked out everything and everything is EXACTLY what I ORDERED! EXCEPT - no lugnuts :( BUT for all the other things that COULD have went WRONG, this was the LEAST of my worries! :) I emailed company and they are sending them out! :) SO let me tell you guys, I was very skeptical after seeing the nasty reviews, and hoped it wouldn't happen to me, and it DIDN'T! So idk if I just got very lucky? or if all the people with the nasty reviews here are full of S**T?! Overall, I am VERY PLEASED with my wheels and very pleased with the instant email responses back, good customer service. only thing they messed up on were forgetting my lugnuts, Big whoop compared to all the other negative things I have read... "BAD BAD BAD don't buy from hear i did not reed reviews and am sorry to say i got f##ked ordered pacer315c rims and falken high country#105s tire package with all the free bees locks, lugs, mounting,nitrogen and shipping for me 1989 chevy truck i am restoring recived order about 10 days after payment did not open them at that time took them to my mechinec were truck was being restored went back 7 days later to check progress and the first thing i see was no center caps and then the wroung tire they mounted hankook-h714 insted just a plane white leter car tire on my rims but still charged me 208.00 more for the tire i ordered many calls no help they say they have a 48hr return policy and still no centercaps DON'T DO IT"

"listen to everyone and stay away from these thieves! i purchased tires and rims for $2800. back in feb. and quickly canceled my order when i found out it was gonna take 15-20 just for a tracking number, thats crazy. so they took the money out of my account anyway , i cant get threw to them cause there phone is always busy..there thieves, its been over a month now and im still out the money, i cld my bank and there looking into it, and i contacted the bbb. and they fot a 'f' as a grade. i wish i woulda known they were a rip off company before i placed that order....all of ther 4 locations should be locked down and they should go to jail!!!!! assholes"

"I would recommend against doing business with Wheels Next. The "wheel expert" who took my order for chrome wheels and tires for my wife's Jaguar didn't need the tire sizes just that they were 19". When he emailed me the invoice the tires were all the same size and not as wide as factory. The rear tires should have been even wider, The rims were also wrong. I canceled the order after being told that I hadn't told him what sizes I needed. They are standard Jaguar sizes for that model. I tried to contact customer service (after 3 days) to find out when I would receive my refund on my debit card. I'm still waiting for a return call or message."
"I recently made an order over the phone to save myself $50 because I wanted to take advantage of an ad that advertised $50 off for phone orders. I made the order over the phone and was quoted a different price than the one received online, after the order was already completed.Also, I had to request the $50 savings that the sales rep seems to be unaware about, he also told me most orders will be processed and ship within a period of 15-20 days. A day later, since my order was not processed yet, I wanted to change my choice of wheels. This was a painstakingly slow process, where I had to speak to incompetent sales reps that were obviously disinterested in helping. I finally received an invoice a day later, with a lot of the advertised "freebies" left off, also the price of the wheels were more expensive than the ones advertised online!! I finally decided to cancel after reading plenty of bad reviews about this company and they had the nerve to charge me a 10% restocking fee of my total order! STAY AWAY!!!"
"Yep everybody on here is telling the truth. Five weeks and no rims and tires. I called 10 days after I ordered just to see if everything was ok. The rep said everything I ordered was in stock and on its way. he also said that they were very busy and it would take a month from order date. I called back in a month and was told 2 wheels were backorderd. I was also told if I wanted to cancel my order I would have to pay a restocking fee. I dont even think they have anything from my order. I do know this place isnt a total scam because I ordered from them 6 months ago. It took about a month and I recieved my order with the wrong rims. Im not that picky so I kept them, at least they fit. I feel sorry for the so called tire experts that answer the phone. Its not there fault there company sucks so bad. I bet they sure drink alot though."
