Tom at Westside corrected the problem today and I am satisfied. The points were awarded. There was a problem with the phone systems and he believes the issues are fixed.

Westside Wholesale Dollars are a joke. Ordered a product that qualified for the program and still does on the Westside website. - Aprilaire 800 Steam Humidifier. It qualified for $40. Was never given the points and customer service lines do not work. Says you are number 1 or number 2 in line and then kicks you back to a recording when it's your turn in line. I have been calling between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM Eastern time. And don't even try to chat with someone "live". I have never gotten a person.

Product was shipped on time, but no follow through.

Policy states the dollars will be awarded within 2 weeks of purchase.

"We placed our large (over $10k) order after being assured that all of the items were in stock and shipping the next day. I wanted to let you all know that our order was completed (all items delivered) 2 MONTHS LATER!!! The experience with this company was totally frustrating. BEWARE. Unfortunately, there is no way to confirm items are actually in stock. The sales person stopped returning my calls as soon as my credit card was charged. We received shipping notices within days after each call in to the customer service (and their were many) which was questionable. Even the management tried to sound accommodating by "escalating" the issue but in the end failed as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!"

"I had to call today because I was having internet issues with the website. A very Polite and knowledgable representative by the name of Joanna was able to help me get the part that I needed. Thanks Joanna and the prices were great!"

"Placed an order on 4/18 that showed in stock and was supposed to be 2 day shipping - here it is 4/25/12 and am still waiting!! Have called customer service three times and have gotten nothing but the runaround and empty promises that someone will call me back... The part was cheapest on this website but my pool is now a giant concrete pond - green - green - green and I will be spending way more now draining and acid washing then just paying retail to begin with... :( wont order from again. Its true - sometimes you get what you pay for...."

"Found Westside Wholesale Online during my research of Panasonic Bath fans. These fans have become the choice of builders for upscale homes, and for us homeowners, who want quality, but most importantly, QUIET ventilation. Our new house needed 7 fans of various size and amenities. The demand for these fans is so high at this time that most wholesalers have them on thier websites, but are BACKORDERED! It was becoming a real pain to find anybody who had all the different fans I needed in stock. Prices varied so much that I had to do extra research to make sure everyone was selling the same fan. How can one person sell something $100 more than another? When I found Westside Wholesale, everything just fell into place. They had every fan I needed, the lowest price anywhere (one competitor complained that Westside Wholesale sold these fans for cost when I gave them a chance to beat Westside Wholesale's price), and the BEST
customer service from Joanna (if you want a pleasant business experience, you can ask for her by name, or punch in her extension number, 116, when prompted (Tell her Frank sent you!).
Did I mention the Shipping is free too? Well, it is! Beware that if you find someone who can come close to Westsides prices, you'd better check thier shipping costs. I found most charged around $15 PER fan.
I hope this review helps those on the fence on who to buy from.
After a dozen hours on the computer over the course of a week, I hope I've done the research for you. Good luck, and get back to work!!!

"Placed order with this company because website said it was in stock and ships the same day. Checked when I didn't get a shipment confirmation and order still "In fulfillment." Emailed customer service, no response. Finally called. Was told item on backorder until one week after my original order. Website still shows item "In Stock" and "Ships Same Day." Will never order from this lying company again."
