The Canadian company wouldn't help me because I bought it from and American online retailer and the US division wouldn't help me because I lived in Canada. I contacted Matt Martin at Westside Wholesalers and he was extremely helpful. <br><br>He followed up with me numerous times by phone and email. He was able to facilitate me sending the product back to their warehouse and they dealt directly with Jandy for me. <br><br>I am extremely satisfied with the follow up and how strongly they stand behind their products and reputation.
