I cannot say enough good things about Westside Wholesale - their selection, their prices, and most of all their customer service! I recently called at 6 AM Central time and spoke to an actual person who spoke English! She had instant access to my order, made note of my concerns (regarding a delivery date) and promised to have someone get back to me. Before I even got to the office, a message had been left stating that I was getting a credit for shipping (due to UPS delays) and an apology. Westside Wholesale goes above and beyond what is necessary to make their customers happy. We will definitely recommend them and use them again.

I found your website through a search and was very pleased with your competitive prices. Not having experienced your services, I was hesitant to place my order. Nevertheless, I took a chance and placed it. My order was shipped to me promptly and fully. I am glad to have ordered from Westside Wholesale. About 5-months later I e-mailed customer service with some service questions and got a taste of customer service second to none. Justin Trelstad not only answered my e-mail promptly, he called me to follow up on any questions I may have had. Tom Miller replied to a follow up e-mail, and a v-mail by Richard Gerano, and all was brought to a satisfactory and delightful finish by Justin’s e-mail and two v-mail messages. Although each time I called, I got a voice mail – it did not bother me. I knew that one of them would be getting back to me soon. I had had a terrible time with an online shopping at a DIFFERENT company (took nearly 5-months to resolve), and had just about lost faith with online buying. I placed my order on May 10 and received my order on May 14. Super efficient! Not to mention, Westside Wholesale's pricing beat the nearest competitor by a longshot. I am very satisfied, with my only disappointment being that I didn't find them sooner.

When I ordered from 2 other outfits, that said they had the bath fan in stock on the website, then sent emails indicating they were back ordered, I called Westside who confirmed that they had it in stock, shipped it the same day as indicated on they would on their website. Product arrived undamaged. They also had the best prices of the 3.

Ordered 12 Halo recessed lights with trims. All were shipped next day and arrived 4 days later. Received confirmation email and shipment confirmation with tracking number next day as well. All items arrived as described (pictured). Very happy. Would recommend to a friend. Thank you!

By far worse customer service I ever dealt with.Ordered two smoke detectors for house system. One was defective, called to get replacement(system isn't working without one missing-8 detectors in system)house without fire protection. Got rma #, shipped back defective one after they received. they credited my account without shipping merchendise. Meantime I called couple of times to find out what's going on without response.

DONT DO IT. Ordered Broan SS range hood and two bathroom fans on 11/24. I got NO email confirmations etc from them. I started to reorder from another website(thinking the order did not go thru)and found that hood could have been had for $70 cheaper on other sites. I checked the website and then called and was told price matching was only BEFORE you bought it. wouldnt transfer me to manager! On 12/9, I finally did get the range hood.(so much for next day ship) On 12/19 I called about the bath fans; and they were just shipping 25 days AFTER I ordered; the guy did cancel them and paypal refunded the balance of my money. Only satisfying part of dealing with them.

I had a bad experience with another seller who waited 4 days before they even said my item was not in stock, so I found Westside Wholesale instead. I ordered on 11/11 and I received notification with a UPS tracking number that my order was shipped that day. Everything was perfect and received in a timely fashion. Great seller!

I've ordered a dimmer and some accessories at Westside Wholesale and received them the next day. Super-fast shipment and very good prices!

The price for my sink was $100 below Home Depot. It arrived today in VA less than a week after it was ordered (sent FedEx)! In perfect condition. It looks great! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
