It said it was in stock when I ordered it. My credit card was charged on Jan. 3, but when I checked on Jan. 7, it still hadn\u0027t been shipped! (why was my card charged before it shipped?) So I called and was told it has been discontinued and was not in stock. Again, if it wasn\u0027t in stock, why was my card charged, why did it say it was in stock, and why wasn\u0027t I notified that it had been discontinued? I told them to cancel the entire order (I had also ordered a sink) on Jan. 7th. They said it had been cancelled and I would receive a credit to my card. I checked today (Jan. 16th) and it has STILL not been cancelled, nor has my card been credited! Talked to a supervisor today and was told it would take him 10 to 15 minutes and I would receive an e-mail. 30 minutes later, no e-mail. Called back, and he said it would be done by end of business today! We\u0027ll see. If I don\u0027t get the credit by tomorrow, I\u0027ll be taking further action against the company! I figured I\u0027d still have an extra day buffer, and placed my order. <br>Well... my electrician comes tomorrow, and my order still hasn\u0027t even shipped. Nothing in my order included batteries... If timing doesn\u0027t matter to you, they have good prices. "I purchased several lighting fixtures, they were promptly shipped but the order slip indicated that all of them were shipped, one was missing from the box.
Customer service ran around in circles for several days. They gave me an explanation which didn't match any of the facts and said everything was shipped.
Bottom line is i don't believe they intentionally ripped me off, but the reality is they are not resolving the issue and I have been charged for item I did not recieve.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE."
