Their range of products are fantastic, price are very good for those lovely premium products, Customer care is fast, very friendly and always tries to please the customer.<br><br>One of their most important services for me are shipping service. I have to buy all my shaving supplies from USA, UK and Germany, ship it all over to Egypt. Here is what\u0027s West Coast excels at. They have 3 shipping plans for my country (first class, priority and express using USPS services). I can calculate my shipping charges at my shopping bag page easy and fast.<br><br>Using express mail to ship to Egypt, is somewhat pricey but very reasonable for the service I get. Items all packed well and arrives from USA to Egypt in less than 4 days!! That qualifies as excellent in my book :-)<br><br>I hope to enjoy West Coast services and products for years to come as I\u0027m now a loyal customer :-)<br><br>All international wet shavers who usually cannot get local premium supplies, do yourself a favor and shop West Coast. Even came with a shaving cream sampler ...there was a issue with my order as they would not ship the aftershave I wanted because it contained alcohol but they refunded that portion quickly of course! "I placed an order and it was shipped quickly. When it arrived the aftershave had leaked in the box. The item was well packaged so I don't think it was their fault. I contacted them just to give them a heads up so they could check lids when they were shipping. I did not expect anything else from this contact. They replied to my email the same day (Saturday) and offered to send me another bottle of aftershave. It was discovered that the aftershave I ordered had been discontinued. They offered to send another item or refund my money. I choose another item that was less expensive. They refunded the difference. I did not expect anything from my first contact. I was surprised when they offered a replacement item. Then they gave me the refund for the difference. They really went above and beyond any of my expectations. I am more than happy and will continue to buy from them. I really think they did too much. I highly recommend them. Their customer service is second to none."
