I thought the postage seemed high, but they assured me this is the actual price from UPS (obviously, I don't mail a lot of packages or I'd know shipping is expensive). My credit card was charged twice because of a browser issue, which was not their fault, and they reimbursed me immediately. Unfortunately, when the item arrived, it had been broken in transit (again, not their fault). A quick phone call to a very courteous and responsive customer service representative and they sent out a replacement item free of any charges and didn't even make me return the broken one. They were awesome!!! I received a follow-up phone call and email making sure everything was to my satisfaction and I can assure you that it is. Two things happened that weren't their fault and they politely and immediately took care of everything - no hassles at all! This is a great company to do business with.
