reply posted Nov-18-2011 “I do apologise that your purchase was made long winded and that that inconvenienced you. We are checking with the call agent who dealt with you to ensure sufficient comments are being listed on sales enquiries and this should not occur again. The overall delay was in trying to get you the very best price, our website is set up to generally offer our best price anyway - taking that process to a manual one can sometimes be slower. However we will be looking into ways of speeding up the process. As for CHAPS I will have to check with the agent in this case, as we Never recommend CHAPS as a payment method as it costs money to send. We recommend FPI which is instant and free and works 24/7. As for the card payment system this is now fully working.
Again, I fully apologise for the inconvenience you faced but are glad you did received the items in the perfect condition. The item arrived the next working day after receiving your payment.”
"i paid for an ipad docking station on the 27th of november 2011. i am still waiting for my refund. have been emailing them every week. but never get any reply. total rip off. i would never use them again."
