posted May-15-2012 “We get all prices, product and data from the manufacturer which creates occasional problems. Mopar frequently supercedes part numbers to new numbers with new pricing. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. If we honored all of Mopar's pricing discrepancies we would not be in business. As can be seen by the overwhelming majority of reviews, we pride ourselves on customer service. Lastly, let me assure the all caps email was not meant to imply yelling. When we look up parts in our factory system it needs to be done in all caps and we don't usually toggle caps lock of and on. I hope you will give another opportunity to serve you.”
