When I email a question to them, they answer promptly and go the extra mile to get me the information that I need (even going as far as measuring a filter for me so that I can make sure that it will work for my application!) Then the items that I order are in the mail the same day that the order is placed. Even though I am just purchasing a few small items, I am treated like I am their most important customer. Excellent customer service, great items at a reasonable price, fast shipping... I could not ask for more!

They were the only ones that I could find that stocked the water filter I needed. It was an old style filter with quick connects that was replaced by culligan. If I went to the new style it would have needed to be installed all over again.
