"WaterAFilters has competitive prices and good service. I purchased a Gold Line 50 Reverse Osmosis unit from WaterAFilters 3-years ago and continue to buy all of my replacement filters from Ray. WaterAFilters has a great website that makes it easy to find the proper replacement filters I need."

"I would like to commend Ray on a job well done under trying circumstances that were not his fault.
I ordered 2 Aprilair #104 filters from WaterAFilters in August. When UPS delivered the box a few days later, very fast shipping from Ray, the box looked like someone had sat on it. I emailed Ray at 9:30pm and by 2:00pm the next day I had a reply. I filed the claim with UPS and Ray sent two new filters right away. Unfortunately the same clown at UPS decided to use the new box as a lounge chair and the two new ones were bent. I emailed Ray again to let him know that these filters were damaged too and he told me he would refund my money. I have received my refund through paypal.
Ray got back to me very quickly each time I wrote him and did what he said he would do, first sending replacement filters right away and then sending me a refund.
I feel that Ray went above and beyond by sending replacements and refunding my money."

"No problems, fast and easy and filters a good value. TDS-3 meter followed by a couple of days but all arrived in good order. Meter had information sheet enclosed but I could have used more information on the best time to replace filters based on the test results. Plan to reorder as needed."

"WaterAFilters made it very easy to locate and order the right filters that I needed. They shipped the order quickly and it was received as requested. They also kept me updated as to the status of my order and the shipping of it. I will definitately order my filters from WaterAFilters again.

"Excellent service. I found waterAfilters.com to carry the lowest priced filters for my system. Not only that, when they came in it wasn't that they were cheap filters, they were identical to the ones I took out, simply at a lower cost. They also provided detailed instructions which made the replacement quite simple. One of the items I purchased had a manufacturer error. WaterAfilters.com took care of it quickly with kindness and perfection. They took care of contacting me and covering the shipping cost of a new item. There are few online sellers that have come close to earning this level of satisfaction from me. "
