WaterAfilters always sets me up with the right filters at the best price! They are responsive to any questions that I have and ship immediately. I have used them twice already and will continue to use them for all of my water system needs!

I had ordered online Tuesday at noon, the shipment arrived Thursday just after noon. Within 1 hour of order Ray called to say he was out of stock on 1 item in the order, but he would try to get the whole order shipped from his supplier. It was getting late in the day to get the order packed and shipped that day, but he made it happen, because I told him I needed to get it installed by the weekend(my cousin the plumber doesn't work Saturdays). When I opened the box I found that his supplier sent a 3/4" filter housing instead of the 1" I needed. I called Ray and he bit the bullet on the shipping charges and sent me a return services label even though it was his supplier that had goofed. Thanks Ray, I will be back when I need more filters.

This company went beyond our expectations. Their prices were more than competitive, but their service was even better. After receiving the Water Factory Systems filters,(shipping took only two days) Ray walked me through a quick installation process, and actually detected a problem that I was never aware of. He helped to fix that problem, and I have more water than ever. I would recommend this company to anyone - they were great!  
 

Excellent customer service, product quality, quick delivery. I have purchased from WaterAFilters twice now. My first puchase was a water chiller and 2 dual water filter systems. This past time I purchased replacement cartridges. I love these systems in my home; Ray is very responsive to any questions or requests. I received my merchandise quickly. I made an error in my order this past time and Ray is taking care of the error for me. Also, I asked if he had a subscription program such that I would get replacement filters every 6 months; he is now implementing one!
