When UPS delivered the box a few days later, very fast shipping from Ray, the box looked like someone had sat on it. I emailed Ray at 9:30pm and by 2:00pm the next day I had a reply. I filed the claim with UPS and Ray sent two new filters right away. Unfortunately the same clown at UPS decided to use the new box as a lounge chair and the two new ones were bent. I emailed Ray again to let him know that these filters were damaged too and he told me he would refund my money.
