Then, when I contact WatchZWorld about "yo, has my watch shipped yet? tracking #?" they write back "out of stock / discontinued"!! Why did they take the order in the FIRST PLACE? Why didn't they contact ME with an "order cancellation" due to being "out of stock" (p.s. by the way it is NOT discontinued ... watch is readily available at other REPUTABLE merchants ... ebay, Amazon, etc.)."

"False advertising! I purchased a Casio PRW2500 from their sites thinking it was the all black version that is pictured, it was delivered in a different version. I contacted them to let them know and they simply said, "that is what Casio sent us" and that was it! They wouldn't waive the restock fee and stopped all communication with me. Very disappointed! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!"
"My wife bought a Seiko watch for me from this site for $350. It was meant to be waterproof to 100m, but when I wore it in the shower, it fogged up from the inside. I sent it to Seiko Australia, who informed me that it was not a genuine Seiko product. I could not believe it. "Last week I started looking for an aviator watch for a very close friend who’s getting engaged in 2 WEEKS!! So I barely had time to decide on what to get him and how to get it for him.
So I went to the actual website of Gshock casio watches and I found one that I really liked but it was out of my price range. And it was also going to take at least 2 weeks till I get the watch.
So I started asking around to see if I can get it for any cheaper, or if there's any stores that I can get it from. 3 people recommended WATCHZWORLD website for me. Usually I’m not an online shopper; I never trusted any of these "buy online" websites.
But from all the good things I heard about this website I wanted to just check it out and see what they can do for me. So I did and I found the exact watch I was looking for for $60 dollars less than the actual price. At that point I was running out of time and I had no choice but to take the risk.
I called in and I spoke to a very nice gentleman, I told him my situation and how fast I needed to get the watch and he simply said don’t worry maam I can send it out right now and you will get it in 3 days max! I honest didn’t believe him I wasn’t sure if I should do it or not. But I ended up doing it. I placed the order and paid for it and in few seconds I got my order number sent to my email.
After I finished purchasing I realized that I ordered the wrong watch!!! So I called the guy back and a lady answered! She told me that he’s already on his way to the post office to send out your watch!! I was honestly shocked! Poor guy he had to go back to get the right watch and then go to the post office again to ship it out for me! And even though he ended up shipping it out the next day I had the watch in 3 days like he said! I was very pleased with all the service and effort he put in for me! I would recommend this website to everyone now! Very nice people, phenomenal service and great reputation! Thank you so much for everything. I truly appreciate ur service "

"One-man business. As it's happened many times before, they simply don't have the watches. No phone support. Nobody would inform you that the watch is not coming unless you bug them. This ain't a real retailer!!! "

No information available online, other than that the order has been received. Wrote an email. I made a purchase for a SEIKO SNA 550 Model from this store on May 31. Before making the purchase I called up the store to check if they had this model in stock. Usually a lot of these online vendors claim to have everything in stock on their web site. Which is never the case. I was told that they had this model in stock. So I placed this order as I felt that it was a good deal.
The nightmare starts. I had to call them several times for the status of my order. Every time I call there is a different person answering the call. Most annoying is, there wont be anyone to pick up the call sometimes. Finally I got hold of this guy named Sam and told him the problem and made him realise that the order was already late by 16 days. Upon informing him that I confirmed from watchzworld about the availability of this watch prior to placing the order. He tells me that they had one unit in stock and upon subsequent inspection they found that it was not functioning well. I call up the next day again only to get the voice mail. After leaving a threatening call of cancelling the order, that watchzworld called me to tell that that they had shipped my watch. I finally got the delivery after 21 days of placing the order.
Bottom Line: Place an order from Watchzworld if 1) If u really have the patience to wait for month. 2) U do not expect anyone to followup on ur order. Dial and get only voice mails. 3) U do not want to get an expected date of delivery."

"I ordered this watch from Watchzworld.com on Sunday 1-22-06 and requested 3 day shipping. When I ordered the watch they did not show that it was in stock or not. Well, I gave them plenty of time to ship the watch to me and or notify me before I tried to contact them. Well about Monday 1-30-06, I had asked my wife if the watch was in yet and she said no. We bought this for a priest at our church who is on his way to Nigeria and we needed it before his flight. Apparently the customer support is non existent, because I did not get any type of notification that the watch was on back order or even whether it was already in route or out of stock. I finally after 3 or 4 emails to them got a reply that gave me a tracking number. I also got a hold of someone by phone on Monday 1-30-06 and he told me that the order was being shipped on Tuesday and I would receive it by Thursday 2-2-06. I asked him what the heck was happening with the order and he kept telling me that I would have the watch by 2-2-06 and the watch was on back order. I also told him I paid for UPS 3-day select and I asked if it was being shipped that way or not. He again repeated to me that it would be in my hands on 2-2-06. Today is 2-2-06 and the watch is here. It was shipped USPS Priority Mail and NOT UPS 3 day select as it says on my receipt. Would I ever trust this site again...........NO! It seems that they advertise cheap and have cheap service to MACTH."
