"I put the order in and never heard from the company, no confirmation of my payment or shipping notice. Days later I alerted them to this, mentioned I was anxious to receive watch asap, did get a reply, then it seemed like again, nothing was happening, for days no confirmation or shipping info. I do much shopping online and conditioned to the usual protocol that occurs once you place an order. This is the largest purchase I ever made on line, and there was some anxiety to hear back from the company. So I cancelled my order and took my business to a competitor who did a great job. For the record, I did do my homework & research on this company, even called and spoke with someone previous to making the order, and can honestly say they're a legit and honest business. I believe my particular order fell through the cracks, and was the exception not the norm. They were very helpful over the phone, and I like to stress that i was neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, this was just my particular experience. I wouldn't hesitate doing business with them in the future."
"Since I was buying a very expensive watch, first thing that concerned me was whether this online seller was legit. This was my second time buying a watch from Watchesonnet so I was a little more secure due to my experience on the first purchase. And after this second purchase, I can definitely say that they are legit. First watch I bought was a ladies Tag Heuer for arnd 800USD and this second one was an Omega men's watch for arnd 7K. I could have given them 5 stars if it were not for the long delivery delays. They told me it will take 3 weeks at most to get the watch but it took almost 6 weeks. That was something I was willing to overlook though when I factor the savings I get from their pricing. The watch was priced around 2K less than retail and they did not charge me sales tax. Plus, they were very generous to give me an additional discount for the inconvenience on the shipment delay (if it were not for that, I would have given them 3 stars). I also liked their courteous customer service. They were readily available, which means that I didn't get stuck waiting on hold on the phone forever during my inquiries. However, there were a couple of times that they promised a call back for an update that slipped through the cracks. Bottomline, the watch that I received was as promised, pristine and brand new. I would definitely order from them again in the future."

"The white Cartier paper box looked very old!( not the UPS package box) It looks like WatchsOnNet.com had this Cartier Watch for years. But the red Cartier box is new. The Cartier Watch looks new but has a little crease on the alligator leather band. I am not happy about this crease. Also inside the band that shows Made in Australia not SWITZERLAND.
"Not very good , still waiting for my watch. I ordered on December 30, and still didn't recieve.(January, 21) When I placed my order the watch was on stock, but last week I got an e-mail they are trying to find that model I wanted. Not happy with the service at all....hope will get my money back..."
"I bought a Redline RPM automatic watch. The watch when 1st received & open was really in good shape. the delivery was also good although it was a bit slow due to holidays. Overall i am very satisfied & will buy some more watch again. Many thanks..... "
"Very disappointed in my experience with WatchesOnNet.Com I bought a Swiss Army watch that was running extremely fast. I did not wear the watch,I just wound it up properly to check the accuracy.I discovered that in 6 hours the watch was running over 6 minutes fast.I have bought and sold hundreds of watches and that was the fastest automatic watch I've ever seen.I called customer service and explained my situation the next day. The person I spoke with told me that the watch was a quartz watch,I explained that the model I purchased was an automatic and I was put on hold. The person then told me that I must have over wound the watch to make it run fast.I explained that the movement on that watch cannot be over wound because of a clutch in the movement that prevents over winding and over winding in general does not make automatic watches run fast. Then I was told that since the watch was wound then it was considered worn so I wouldn't get a refund.I explained that I didn't wear the watch and that it is necessary to wind new automatic watches to ensure that they work properly. The person said that they will do a full inspection when I return it before a refund is considered.I said ok and then called the next day to speak with someone else. This person was more considerate and said that if the watch wasn't worn than I would get the refund.I probably would have exchanged it but I wasn't happy with the way I was treated with my 1st phone call.I also asked if I could get a full refund since I was sent a watch that was faulty, but I had to pay the re-stocking fee.I don't think that is fair so I won't be buying a watch from WatchesOnNet.Com ever again."
"they never delivered the watch and raised the price;"
