"I ordered a watch for a gift for the holiday. By mistake the they shipped me the wrong watch. When I received it, I noticed it was the wrong item. I contact them immediately to get it exchanged for the one I ordered. They said that it could not be exchanged because they were out of stock. IF they had competent employees shipping items this would not have happened. The customer service representative Lisa was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. They offered to do nothing to fix this mistake that they made."
"I received this watch , Fossil ES2144, as a gift from my husband at Christmas. The band is covered with small stones and by early January one had already fallen out. Watchzone.com at this point was very helpful and mailed me a new watch without a problem. Today my experience was a different story. Another stone has fallen out of the replacement watch I received the end of January. Today is March 18th. Since the current stone issue is beyond their 30 day grace period watchzone.com will not honor an exchange of a different watch. I asked to speak with the manager Robert and he was very unhelpful. I asked for his last name but he refused to give it. I was told to deal directly with fossil and that it was "no longer watchzone.com's problem." I personally feel that it is their problem. They already had a record of my prior return which should make this second stone a significant issue. If watchzone.com is selling a faulty product, even if it is a fossil defect, they were the retailer that sold me the product which makes them responsible for offering me a replacement. Since they were so unhelpful, I am now stuck with a $100 watch that will continue to lose stones on a monthly basis. I would have preferred a new style of watch from watchzone.com but that offer was fully denied. I urge others looking to make a purchase with this company to think otherwise and look for one that offers more than a 30 day grace period. I work in customer service on a daily basis and feel Robert was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I urge you to rethink your purchase with watchzone.com."
"Others have had issues with WatchZone and I never believed it until I transacted with them.Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They canceled my original order (after confirming it twice) then tried to up sell me to something $300 more. I got a supervisor on the phone and he was unbelievable. Lied about sending me e-mails, and when I told him we retain mail for 7 years due to SEC mandate, so I could check that, he told me I shouldn't be using a government computer for personal use (we are not gov't.) and hung up on me.Also be careful with the other reviews on this site. "Don't be afraid to purchase from this online store. They are 100% legit. I purchased a Luminox watch which I though they don't have in stock since Luminox has discontinued this particular model. However, Watchzone come through and find one for me. Also, when you call there is a live person answer the phone with no waiting.Thanks again Watchzone.!"

"Watchzone.com is the best! I ordered a ladies diamond Seiko and a mens F117 pilots Luminox on Sunday. On Monday morning I called customer service to see if the order went through. They said yes that it was packaged already and being held for FedEx to pick it up and deliver. The watches arrived early Wednesday afternoon. The condition of the watches was mint new, and without a fingerprint on either of them. Customer service was quick and very helpful when I called on Monday to see if the order had been processed. I would highly recommend Watchzone.com and I will for sure do business with them in the future. I give them 5 stars on a 5 star rating scale. "Ordered a Luminox model 930. The watch looked used upon arrival and the timer did not work. Arranged to send it back and buy a different model 1602. The Luminox model 1602 arrived and was brand new. I was worried that Watchzone would not take the charge of the model 930 off my credit card but they did. Whether it was a dishonest employee who switched the new watch for a used one or whatever, at least this company came through; they could have said they never received the returned watch or claimed the wear and tear on the used watch was my fault but they did the right thing. Luminox watches need no light to keep glowing; they have tritium on the dial markers and hands. I am well pleased with my new watch. I prefered the stainless steel 1602 because the finish on the titanium 930 was too dull for my taste. The dial glows so brightly after one's eyes become accustomed to total darkness that it can even be used identify and find things if necessary. The model 1602 needs no batteries; it's self winding. Cool! I can't say the buying experience was excellent of course, but I think I could well trust them enough to buy another watch; they could have royally screwed me over but they didn't. Off topic: I learned these days that credit card disputes over quality of service or used goods does not mean that your credit card company will withhold your money from the merchant. The only way a merchant will not be paid is for unauthorized purchases. Read your card agreement or chat with your credit card company for more info."
