"Ward Air, Inc. Juneau charged me double their quote!
Apparently charged me a 2 way split ($272), when it should have been a 4 way split ($136), for a 40min flight from my outfitter.
1. I had been given a $135 quote by their rep...
2. Outfitter & hunting consultant advertised it as about $125-$135.
3. Guide complained to pilot about only a 2-way split, when he heard what they had charged the other 2 incoming hunters $275. Pilot acknowledged the 2-way split error, and said WE would be only charged for a 4-way split.
Fast talking manager refused to make an adjusment!
I won't trust them with my business again!"
