"I bought a Playstation 3 40GB from Walmart.com. I went for the deal that gave me a "free" $100 gift card. The Playstation 3 arrived in a smashed up box. The outer FedEx packaging was just fine. Someone chose to send me a smashed up box that had clearly been opened already. They had tried to seal it back up with wide blue Walmart.com shipping tape. I returned it to the local store. They only gave me $299 back although I paid $399. So, I am out $100 for the gift card. I hope this does not happen to anyone else. "
"We bought a Blu ray DVD player on monday because it was on sale. Yesterday I found the same DVD player in their ad, so today we took our receipt to the service desk. They tell us that they don't give refunds on Black Friday Ads, and even if we returned it we could not buy back at the service counter but would have to get it from the shelves, which had no more. "
"Site to Store delivery...Absolutely the worst! Two out of two items ordered at different times were lost and there's no tracking after it's left the distribution center. I think someone is selling items from the truck on a street corner. Even the customer service rep. admitted there is a huge problem with losing items after leaving the distribution center. Do not use this service unless you're willing to gamble on the receipt of your items."

"On December 30th I ordered a childrens bed set and a sofa sleeper from the .com site. I went with site to store to save on shipping, so I figured it would take awhile. Suprisingly, carton 1 of the bed set arrived early at the store, when I went to the store to pick up the item, it was the wrong color. I then asked if they could just exchange it and reship the correct color. In a nutshell, the associates at the store advised me that they couldn't do anything about it other than refund my money. They did not have a contact number for the .com site and didn't know how to address the issue. The other problem was that even though this item is ordered as a set, they charge for each seperate carton. Thus, I only received 1/3 of my money. I immediately called the .com site when I returned home after navigating their voice menus forever. They did try to help out and had me reorder the item and then covered the expense of shippiong the items. This was done on January 3rd. Today I received my order and again it was the wrong color. This time, the .com site called me to tell me that they just found out that the wrong color shipped again and it was a problem with UPC's at the fullfilment center. They would call and have UPS pick everything back up and refund my money. I asked why they couldn't just ship the correct color and was told that due to the UPC problem, they could not do it. If I wanted to wait 2 weeks, I would be able to re-order it online and it would be correct. The sad thing is, they have not removed it from their site or suspended the item pending correcting the problem. I could order it right now and recieve the wrong color again. They offered a $50 gift card for my troubles if I wanted to keep it. Problem is, they have over $1000 of my money between 2 beds and a couch. I will have to wait on a credit for this most recent order and then I have to wait for the initial order to reach the store before I can request a credit on it that I'll have to wait for again. In all honesty, they could keep the stupid $50 and just ship me the correct color and I would have been fine."
"HORRIBLE SERVICE! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! I ordered a music CD from Walmart.com as a Christmas gift on December 11th. The website stated as well as my emails that I would receive it between Dec. 16th and Dec. 21st. Well the 21st came and I had not received my CD. I called customer service (was on hold for 40 minutes!) I was told it would arrive by the 23rd. The 23rd came and still no package. After the 40 minute wait on my last call to customer service. I decided to email this time. I did, but you just get an auto reply, they don't actually read your email. So I had to call and hold again for 45 minutes this time and finally got the CD sent out to me. It arrived 20 days after I ordered it. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM WALMART.COM AGAIN! "
"I have been reading some of these reviews of Walmart.com and wanted to give my opinion.
I have ordered from Walmart.com more times than I can count. Each order has arrived in a timely manner (most of the time before the expected arrival date), in excellent condition, and the product was exactly as described online. I have never been disappointed with this online store. I am very outspoken when it comes to poor customer service, and believe me, if I had ever had an issue, I would not have ordered as many times as I have. I have used both site-to-store and home delivery and as I said, both arrived timely, even during the holiday season when I did the majority of my Christmas shopping online. I cannot say that I have had this same service with other online stores. I will not name them, but have ordered from other sites that were over-priced, both for products and for shipping, and did not receive orders any faster or in better shape than those I have ordered from Walmart.com. I will continue to order and hope that you would not base your decision to order/not order from some posters who have had ONE single bad experience when onthers have had MANY positive ones."
"Flat out publicly lied about speed at which they would complete the order. I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping on this day so I could get it before Christmas (which the home page so prominently displayed) but I could tell from the tracking number they did NOT ship it Priority Mail. Over a week later and I still don't have it. Contacting customer service yields SILENCE. How I wish I checked here first!"
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! ORDERED A PELICAN CASE, RECEIVED A DIFFERENT MODEL THAN WAS DESCRIBED (SAME SIZE CASE JUST DIFFERENT INTERIOR) WAS TOLD I COULD EXCHANGE FOR THE CORRECT ONE, THEN THEY SAID THERE WAS AN ERROR AND COULD NOT PROCESS THE EXCHANGE, SAID THEY WOULD SEND ME THE MISSING PARTS AFTER THEY CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER, REPLIED TO ME THAT THE MANUFACTURER IS NOT ABLE TO SUPPLY THE MISSING ITEMS!!!!! I CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER AND SURE ENOUGH, THEY HAVE THE PARTS!! I SENT THEM AN EMAIL WITH PELICANS NUMBER WAITING TO SEE IF THEY ACTUALLY SEND ME WHAT I ORDERED..

"This was our first time ordering from Walmart.com and at this point I am not planning to order again and will seek out any feedback avenues I can to share my experience. Our entire order is late -much later than the original estimations. To date, nothing we requested be shipped to our residence has been received by us yet. Specifically, I am I am the most frustrated by the queen mattress which we ordered before Christmas and paid to expedite the shipping for but still have not received (tracking #2677164688817). I called customer service yesterday, 12/27/2011 and spoke with "Sherry" who "replaced" the order in the system. An e-mail notification later informed us we wouldn't receive the mattress until 1/3/2012. The original expedited charge was not waived. We paid for expedited shipping which is defined by the website as 2-3 days. When I called customer service again today to question the receiving date & original shipping charge (since the definition of expedited shipping was not met and won't be met by the replacement order either) I was informed by customer service representative, Jania, and her supervisor, Sabrina, (in Alabama's call center) that they could not do anything more for the situation; neither get us a mattress sooner nor get us a refund on the expedited shipping charge, nor provide me with any other avenue to seek further assistance. I pointed out that we were charged a fee for an expedited service we did not receive, she agreed but reiterated there was nothing more to do. She confirmed that although errors occurred in the delivery of the mattress and in processing the replacement order, that I am left paying for these errors. She wouldn't give me another name or contact to work with. When I pressed further asking about Walmart.com, Sabrina said that was the only thing I could do; give feedback online, but she did not offer that suggestion. I let her know I would then go online to provide feedback, confirmed her name, the events, that the conversation was recorded and concluded at 12/28/2011 at 2:21 Eastern time. I cannot believe nothing more could be done, no one else I could contact, that is the best I could expect from Walmart.com and that is the definition of expedited delivery & worthy of expedited shipping charges or any shipping charge for that matter. The customer service center pointed out the fact that I was not charged delivery charges for the replacement order -how is that consoling Jania & Sabrina? Please note the mattress was most important to us since we relocated to a Boston, MA apartment with carpet over a cement floor and overnight lows in the 20's. Its Christmas and New Years and we will have to continue to sleep on a cold floor that make our bodies shiver & ach. Even the electric blanket we ordered from Walmart.com to the store was late. We are so cold that I am crying as I type this since we're left paying these shipping charges and sleeping on a cold floor. It's cruel. "
