"I ordered the AVG Pro from Walling Data Systems on January 6th at the same time I downloaded a free trial version. At the time I received a license key for the free trial version but not for the purchased Pro version which I believe must have been caused by my double order confusing the computer system. I inquired about this on the 14th of January and received an immediate response from Walling Data Systems to my inquiry along with all the necessary information (in a concise manner) to successfully install/update to the Pro version. I'm happy to say that I am very pleased with the quick response and helpful customer service that I received. The true test of a companies customer service is when there is a problem...regardless of origin. Walling Data Services gets an A+ in my book in the handling of my order. AVG should be very satisfied to have them offering their services.
