"I have ordered canned cat food that comes dented. Also, though they promise delivery the next day to my zip code, items do not arrive on time and as promised. I was able to overlook the dented cans, but I am not willing to overlook the poor delivery service, especially since that is their model. Back to the small local pet store in my neighborhood even if it means more $$$. Better to support the community than a company like this."
"I accidentally discovered http://wag.com when searching for something for my cat online and comparing prices. They had a great sale, so I ordered a 20 lb bag and 24 cans of cat food. I have new kittens that were eating some junky cat food when they came, so I was trying to upgrade them to something better for them....'cept they weren't havin' it... I ordered over the Easter weekend, and Monday morning a driver delivered my huge box! Unbelievable! So much better than me having to schlepp a ton of heavy stuff...plus there was no delivery charge!! After trying 8 cans of the canned food, I e-mailed their customer service to see if I could return 16 of the 24, they e-mailed right back (no wait) and said no problem, and sent me a pre-paid UPS label. I just came back from dropping the box off to UPS, and checked my snail mail....A cute personal envelope with a handwritten note from http://Wag.com thanking me for shopping with them, and sorry the kittens didn't like the brand I had bought, hoping we can find something to their liking soon! signed "Carvell - http://Wag.com Customer Care". "I received a coupon for $15 off my order from my dog's insurance company. I had never heard of this merchant before but decided to give them a try. They carry my dog's food at the same price as our local store, I got $15 off and free shipping. Too good to be true? Within an hour of ordering, (and I ordered past most stores' business hours) I had a tracking number. In 36 hours the food was at my door. It was fresh with a better expiration date than what I normally purchase locally. Since then I have placed another order with the same customer service experience. They carry just about everything that big box retailers carry. They have also lowered the minimum purchase requirement for free shipping from $49 to $35! Wag.com is amazing and they have a loyal customer in me and my pets. Order without hesitation!"
"I will never order from Wag.com again. I placed an order that included two bags of Grandma Lucy's freeze dried dog food. One was expired, the other was expired within the month. When customer service reshipped the bags, I received two bags with the exact same expiration dates. In addition, one of the bags had been sliced, was obviously leaking, and then had been taped over."
"Their coupon codes ALWAYS give me problems, whether it's this site or their 15 other linked/related sites. I got a coupon in the mail for 40% off dog food, went to the site to use it and it says 'someone in your household already ordered' - apparently if you use ANY of their sites you are not a new customer, even if you never ordered from this particular site before. This is the THIRD time I've had problems with their coupon codes... and the prices are awful without them"

Great site, good prices, fabulous shipping....what more could one need?As a mobility challenged person, getting all of my pets' food delivered to my door in 2 days or less is AWESOME!Sure beats trying to climb over boxes obstructing narrow aisles and putting up with snotty attitudes at the local store. Where has customer service disappeared to, especially seeing an older person on a cane having problems navigating your store several times a month for 5 years?? Or offering a "customer card" that isn't good for anything....I LOVE Wag.com!"

"The site was very easy, not to mention fun to browse around. Ordered a cat door, cat food and cat collar, all very well priced and arrived in a very timely fashion, as estimated. Many sites and even B&M shops do not have the brand of cat food I use, but this site does. The food came very fresh and everything was intact and well packed. I would definitely recommend wag.com for your pet needs. Not to mention they have a reward system. Not too large of an order so more reviews to come. I do have one bad thing to say though, is that they do blow you up with quite a bit of their advertisement e-mails, although you can just opt out."
"I first ordered with wag.com when I received the offer of $15 off the first order. The dog food I buy is available locally for the same price (on sale that is) but this saves me from having to make the time to go over to the pet store. When I received the shipping confirmation saying it would be there the day after I ordered it I didn't believe it. Sure enough it was here by the end of the next day. I ordered a second time and received my order again the next day. Haven't had any issues with the contents being damaged. I highly recommend wag.com and plan to continue using them."
"Wag.com has good prices (not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive) and EXTREMELY fast order fulfillment & delivery--on par with Amazon (I guess they are owned by Amazon so maybe that has something to do with it). My last order I placed at 7:40 pm and received it the NEXT DAY at noon! I imagine the delivery speed will vary with the items you order and your location.Their selection of products is very good; they carry most of the brands/items I buy regularly and/or want to try out.I've done two orders so far with them. I've been lucky that I haven't had any damaged products from them (bags of food or cans of food) so far and haven't had to contact customer service.Overall I'd say they are a good company."

"Was looking for premium dog food on Amazon, and the brand I chose (Epigen) wasn't available with them, but they linked the product to Wag.com. Hadn't heard of them before. "Ordered from Wag.com or their sister sites about 6 times now. Their prices aren't always the best, but for stuff like dog food they are competitive. I am specifically writing this review because of the great service I just received. I ordered a 30lb bag of dog food and received a 15lb bag by mistake. One e-mail to customer service and I had a shipping confirmation for a 2nd 15lb bag within 5 minutes, and an e-mail apologizing for what happened. Can't beat that kind of speedy customer service response, no long phone calls or multi-e-mail discussions about how to handle the matter. I'm just happy no cross shipping was required."
