" For three years I was a loyal customer at wag.com. As of this morning I am no longer a customer. They were offering $15 off for purchases of $75 or more. I made my purchases and when I went to check out there was no discount. I called them and was on the phone for 20 minutes before she figured out that I did not have enough "qualifying" items in my basket. They said dog food didn't qualifiy as a pet item. Apparently, the "qualifying" items that you could purchase were so limited. I switched to Chewy.com and my dog food, same brand, was $10 less. "

"I've used wag.com on a number of occasions over the last year. The first few orders were fine (EVO EVO 95% Turkey & Chicken Canned Cat Food) , then I went back to order more cat food and the price listed was $50.47 for a case of 24. WHAT! That is considerably more than the $33.99 I paid two weeks ago! After reviewing my previous orders I saw that I had been charged a different price each time I've placed an order. I have been monitoring their site over the last two months and the price keeps fluctuating between $35 and $50 for a case. I have contacted customer support three times to find out the reason for the constant up and down of prices, and they have yet to answer me. I can see a buck or two price difference based on availability, but $15? They are raping their customers. I advise you to shop around."
"Ordered on a Wednesday and promised delivery by Friday....Monday here and still no delivery. Called customer service upset because I needed what was ordered for my dog over the weekend. Only got sorry we will track it for you. Duh even I can do that but at least I should of been credited back my shipping that I paid. Will not be doing business with them again. Price was same as other sites I ordered through them thinking they would be quick as promised."
"wag.com prices are not competitive, make sure to search other sites/stores before purchase because others sell the exact same items at 30%~50% lower price. Flat rate shipping 7.99$ also ridiculously high (free shipping if $49+ but really hard to fill up to that # because everything is more expensive than other retailers), I do not recommend this website."
"I am so glad I placed the order. I was a little hesitate to order from this website because of the previous reviews I had read.The order was received in the 2 days like they stated. I opened the box and the first thing I did was check the cans for dings and then the expiration date on the food. Well the cans are in perfect condition and the expiration date is 2018. I feel confident in ordering from this company again. "
"I tried to return two items that I was unsatisfied with and they would not take them back, even though the items were in perfect condition. I just didn't have the original packaging. If "complete (customer) satisfaction" is their "top priority" they should be able to make exceptions for people who spend a lot of money on their website. I would have continued to do so for years had I not been so repulsed. They should revise their return policy to say that retention of profits is their top priority. If I could give wag.com zero stars here, I would. Don't waste your time with wag.com. Chewy.com is the way to go. Excellent customer service - I bought a couple of things over the holidays that didn't work for my dog and instead of taking them back they told me to donate them to my local shelter. So kind and selfless of them! "
"Ordered 2 bags of Hills prescription cat food. When I get the food it has an expiration date in 5 months. I get the same exact food from my Vet, and it has an expiration date good for over 1 year. I contact Wag.com and tell them I don't want this old food they have sitting on their shelves. They told me to bad it is a prescription and I am stuck with it. Obviously this company makes money by selling old getting ready to expire prescription food. "
"I DO NOT recommend this company...I have had several issues with them. One being they do not have the right pricing on the website for the size food they have listed and ended up charging me for a 23 lb bag of food but only sent a 12 lb bag of food. I have 2 big dogs and within a week or so they go through 12 lbs of food. They wouldn't work with me and give me any credit back and make it right. I will not ever buy from them again!"
"Just received my order of a 35 pound bag of dog food. It arrived in two days just as they said it would. The order site worked very smoothly and I am very pleased with my transaction with Wag.com"
"I have ordered cans of dog food from Wag twice now. Both times I ordered byNature. We're very happy with the dog food itself but each time my order has been filled the cans I receive look like they have had a few bounces on the floor first. The cans are seriously dented and dinged. I ordered the same dog food from another company online and the cans were all fine. Does Wag fill their online orders with damaged goods? Pricing is fine and delivery is great but I hate feeling like I'm getting seconds and perhaps spoiled food if the can is ruptured in some way."
"I recently made my first order. The pet food is 20% off for new customers (with code SAVE20) and it came to $37.59 for a 30lb bag of Taste of the Wild. That is an excellent price for that brand, so I am pretty happy with it. The shipping was fast and free, I am sure I will be buy from here again."

Hopefully someone in the executive offices at Quidsi and or wag will read this and contact me :-------------------------------------------Please call your warehouse to verify wet food went out. I need it today. I modified order TEN minutes after forgetting to add litter yesterday. Litter shows out for delivery. UPS just told me they show cat food not picked up yet. This happens with wag time after time after time. Please contact me ASAP to let me know the status. Once again I have to walk downtown to get cat food. I use wag as I don't have a car here in a Jersey City and these screw ups waste my time and defeats the purpose if using your services. Perhaps I should write a review to let others know as well so they don't have to experience this over and over again.
