I placed my first order with volumerate.com a couple weeks ago. They have some very good prices for items needed in quantity. The order was very easy and they kept me updated on the status of the order. It took about 8 days for my order to be packaged, shipped and delivered. I consider that fairly quick service for a product being shipped from China. Overall, I was very happy with the service, product, and price.

Wolumerate/DX has more or less everything to can think of and to very good prices. I have traded with them for 18 months and more than $25.000. The service has been very improved the last months and shippingtime is fast. They could be faster in the process of ordering/packing, but that is not a big problem. I will stick to Wolumerate/DX for as long I'm in this business and they too.

I have ordered some items from VR. Other than the shipping cost, it was fairly pleasurable. They have several products that are hard to find any where else. And I get what I order in very good time. If the product is defective, they will ship the good as replacement for Free!  
 
BTW, if the Air Mail service is used for shipping is better for me! :)

8 days to process and package the order, then another 7 days to get through Customs and to the recipient.

Greats price, to Hong-Kong they are quick to send orders by others resellers. They can forget some products but the problem is quickly resolving. They are always answear my questions. Just don't forget to keep access key number to read theirs answears. I always have solutions for my problems. They are very professionals. I continue to keep bussines with them. Cheap prices so I made an order a month ago. I still haven't gotten my stuff. They charged my credit, seem to have shipped, lost the package, and didn't follow up. Their customer service seems responsive....but action speak louder than words. I could have paid 20% more and been play with my stuff weeks ago....I feel a little pound foolish.

I was nervous about using Volume Rate since there weren't many reviews about this site. Deciding to try it anyways, I was surprised to find out how well this company conducts business. I have bought this particular product at another site and it took about three weeks to ship from Hong Kong. This time I needed the product fast and paid 20$ for expedited shipping. I figured it was a good price for the distance it had to travel. Anyway, the site claimed that it would take 4-6 days just to process the order and I could expect it to ship shortly after that. I tracked my order for 5 days and found nothing. Nervously I checked on the 7th day hoping that the processing was finished. That afternoon my package was already on my doorstep! I was so pleased with their speedy shipping. Do not be afraid to use this site!
