Simply fantastic service! This our second order with VolumeRate. We lodged a support ticket to change our order shortly after placing it, as one of the items was no longer required. It was handled within a few hours and the order/invoice was updated immediately without issues.  
 
Some of the items were backordered locally by our own customers, so we lodged an enquiry ticket with VolumeRate to obtain a shipping ETA. We received a response within 15 minutes from Alex, who explained that a certain item was out of stock and hence there may be a slight delay in processing the order.  
 
We agreed to receiving two partial shipments (one for items available, the other for backordered items) -- Alex set that up for us immediately, and we received our parcel within THREE DAYS to AUSTRALIA!  
 
We're exceedingly happy with the service we've received, our customers are even happier with the short leadtimes, and overall this has been the most pleasant business transaction we've ever taken part in to date. Keep up the brilliant work VR!  
 

Alex and the whole team at Volumerate have been awesome responding to messages and Skype chats. They were able to work with my custom requests for FedEx shipping and were able to overnight items from China to me in Atlanta, GA.  
 
They go above an beyond what any wholesaler would ever do in China. Plain and simple, if you are looking for low price merchandise in wholesale quantities, Volumerate.com is THE BEST place to order from.  
 
No scams, they accept PayPal at no extra charge (be wary of other people that only accept Western Union) so you are protected 100%, in the 5+ years I have bought from China I have never found another supplier that accepts PayPal without charging you 5% extra if they allow it at all.  
 
If they do not currently carry an item you want to buy, they have an excellent sourcing team that will do their best to find exactly what you're looking for. Again, not something you find with other suppliers.  
 
So all in all, fast & professional service combined with the security of PayPal, the ability to find what you need and rave reviews here on Reseller ratings, you would be foolish to purchase items from China through any other supplier.

I placed my first order with volumerate.com a couple weeks ago. They have some very good prices for items needed in quantity. The order was very easy and they kept me updated on the status of the order. It took about 8 days for my order to be packaged, shipped and delivered. I consider that fairly quick service for a product being shipped from China. Overall, I was very happy with the service, product, and price.

Wolumerate/DX has more or less everything to can think of and to very good prices. I have traded with them for 18 months and more than $25.000. The service has been very improved the last months and shippingtime is fast. They could be faster in the process of ordering/packing, but that is not a big problem. I will stick to Wolumerate/DX for as long I'm in this business and they too.

I have ordered some items from VR. Other than the shipping cost, it was fairly pleasurable. They have several products that are hard to find any where else. And I get what I order in very good time. If the product is defective, they will ship the good as replacement for Free!  
 
BTW, if the Air Mail service is used for shipping is better for me! :)

Greats price, to Hong-Kong they are quick to send orders by others resellers. They can forget some products but the problem is quickly resolving. They are always answear my questions. The have superb Customer Service. I've had multiple questions ranging from using of the site, shipping time, and item questions, ALL of which have been answered in a very quick, timely fashion.
