"Excellent customer service right from the start! I recently placed my first order with Vology and received a verification email from a real person asking if I had indeed placed the order. When I responded back, I got a real person's reply. It's great to see that a human being is at the other end of the transaction as opposed to the traditional form emails. Looking forward to getting my order soon!"

"On the morning of Tuesday May 21, 2013 I called Vology after seeing a picture of a loaded Cisco UBR7246VXR on the Vology web site listed for $1,575.00. The address is below.

I told the sales person that I needed a minimum of 1 down stream and 4 up streams and that I needed DOCSIS 2.0. I was told then that they would include 4 down stream an 8 up streams. This was while I was on the phone and placing the order. I was told it would be included at no additional charge. I was also told of another similar unit that I could have for $900.00. I didn't need two. So I made the order for the one and was told it would all be at my address the following day by 10:30 AM.

The package arrived but it was only a chassis. No up stream or down stream cards. It had no power supply. It did have a nice fan tray and two nice blank slot covers but nothing else.
I sent three pictures of what I had received and then a picture of what was on the web site with the $1575.00 price. My equipment had nothing in it, the picture on the web site is a fully populated UBR7246VXR.

I paid for over night shipping because I had equipment going down and hundreds of customers with internet going on and off, mostly off. So needless to say, I had a lot of upset customers who I told what I was told, "the equipment is on the way."

After telling the sales person of this, I received an estimate for $8,700.00 additional cost to send the up and down stream cards and power supply and additional memory for the unit. They lowered that to $7,900.00. Bringing the total from $1,575.00 + 396.52 shipping + $7,900.00 and I'm guessing another $400.00 in shipping = $10,271.52. This is a 521% increase from what I was told. As anyone could imagine, I'm not very pleased with my dealings with Vology and would not at this point recommend them. "
