Our company order a handful of Grandstream phones from VoIP Supply. Despite an initial hicup in getting the issue resolved, once I was able to work with one of their representatives (Erin), she was very attentive and resolved my problem very quickly.

The payment clearing process was unusual and a bit of a hassle. This delayed my order by several days and I was forced to pay more for overnight shipping. The accounts receivable person was unavailable on a few contact attempts, but she was very nice and easy to work with. Once I was able to get the payment cleared, my order was quickly processed and shipped. I was even able to make some last minute changes to the order before it shipped.  
 
The order arrived just in the nick of time for me to meet the needs of our contract. I had no head time to spare and was setting up and configuring the phones on the fly at the deployment site the morning before my clients arrived.  
 
Overall, the experience was good but nothing to brag about. I intend to purchase a lot more in the not-too-distant future, which wont be so time urgent.  
 
On a separate note, this review process is a little annoying between the email solicitation for review (which I don't mind so much) and forcing me to set up an account just to save the review I just wrote.

Great customer service and follow up, great prices. Voip Supply will be my first choice for telco gear going forward.

Ordered a ClearOne Chat multi-directional USB speakerphone and a GrandStream Handytone SIP adapter for a guest line as we transition to Asterisk (running on Mac OS) here in the office.  
 
VoIP Supply have a website geared for Canadian business. You pay some admin/GST but really not much of an overhead. Shipment and delivery were timely (via US post). And the products are both working out as expected.  
 
Certainly there are very few if any real competitors online here in Canada.

I was referred by the Mfgr. I called Voip Supply  
they had the parts and gave me a part number  
I called back another time to place the order  
I was quoted a lower price the second time which was nice, and offered several shipping options.  
I received several follow up confirmation Emails  
along with the Fed-X tracking number. The package arrived on time and was correct.  
 
I am happy with my experience  
I will do business with VOIP supply again  

I have been using VoipSupply for a few years now. They are great, they always ship same day, call if an item is backordered and even call and make sure I was getting everything I needed for my order. RMA's are painless and quickly handled without any drama. I would recommend VoipSupply.com without reservation to any company, small or large, looking for low-cost VOIP products with great service.

Arthur Miller handled our order extremely well. I ordered late in the afternoon and Arthur made sure that everything shipped that day to meet our tight deadline. When Digium was taking their time getting us the support certificates we ordered, Arthur was patient and helped follow-up with his channel reps to make sure we were taken care of.

I recently bought 5 Cisco IP Phones from VOIP Supply, and not only did VOIP Supply have the best price (by far) but the phones also arrived three business days later. I was very impressed; we are located in Canada and often getting goods from the US is a nightmare, but VOIP Supply was excellent to deal with, we will definitely be ordering again soon.
