I am totally dissatisfied with VOIP Supply in their handling of my order with them, and I urge maximum caution for others shopping with them.  
 
I called VOIP Supply looking for a VOIP capable phone set with a capacity for multiple slaved handsets. I explained to the representative that I already had VOIP with a service provider ( cable internet), and needed equipment that would have built in filtering so there would be no interference between the internet and voice services over the cable. I had called in since the online specifications information was horribly limited.  
 
The rep spent quite some time off line searching for candidate equipment and came back with a recommendation. This was sent to me and when it arrived I opened the box and read the Users Guide, without opening or setting up the equipment.  
 
It was clear from the Users Guide that the equipment not only was incompatible with my existing VOIP and digital setup, it would only provide VOIP serivces over an analog line among other similar equipment. I confirmed this by contacting the manufacturer's tech support folks on 2 separate occasions.  
 
VOIP Supply initially refused to give me an RMA. They finally relented but refuse to waive their 20% restocking fee, even though I demonstrated to them that they recommended equipment that would not work on my existing systems. In fact, the rep that I spoke to apparently lied when asked to summarize my conversation with him.  
Take caution in dealing with this distributor, and before ordering anything with them, make certain you know exactly that the products you order will meet your needs and do not rely on either their online specifications information or their phone reps.  
 
Their return policy is definitely non-competitive when you compare it to other distributors selling over the web.

Good deal with this company. Quickly answer and very good support. We will continue buying materials from them.

Ordered an ATA adaptor over the weekend. Received it quickly. No problems with the ATA adaptor. Very good variety of equipment for sale. Will buy again from them.

I ordered a phone, a headset and some cable on Sunday night. The shipping confirmation e-mail arrived Monday morning, and the first box showed up Tuesday, the rest showed up Wednesday. Everthing was received as ordered. I've placed a number of orders here and it's always the same story. Order it and it will appear. Hmm, I need another one of those headsets. I guess I'll order it now.

I had a great experience ordering with VoipSupply. It was the only source of reasonably priced Siemens DEC VoIP enabled phones.

this is our 1st time buying from VoIP Supply and the 1st person i spoke with was Arthur Miller and he was willing to just talk to me a while about a problem i was having with a Polycom phone and our Asterisk and he got the answer for me and emailed me instructions on thr fix and it worked...  
after that i called a month later and made our 1st purchase and he got it to me just in time to meet a deadline we had. i think VoIP Supply is a keeper and we will be using them in the future

Bottom line: Reliable internet seller and very fast shipment. I was looking for a VoIP gateway and found a particular model through google. First I found it from another online store however the review of that store is poor. Then I found this store with 20% more expensive but online review looks good. I decided to deal with it. I placed a order on Dec 15 Friday and received it on Dec 25. Considering it is holiday season, the shippment is very fast.

Buying at VoipSupply.com was very easy and worked as a charm - Just perfect! ;-)

I had purchased (2) phones from here, but had a problem with one of them two months ago. Despite multiple emails for assistance, no one ever replied.  
 
We are looking to order more phones as well; for those of you who have time, they offer good pricing, but for companies like ours that value time, stay away. Their customer service, post-sale, is non-existent.

Our company order a handful of Grandstream phones from VoIP Supply. Despite an initial hicup in getting the issue resolved, once I was able to work with one of their representatives (Erin), she was very attentive and resolved my problem very quickly.

The payment clearing process was unusual and a bit of a hassle. This delayed my order by several days and I was forced to pay more for overnight shipping. The accounts receivable person was unavailable on a few contact attempts, but she was very nice and easy to work with. Once I was able to get the payment cleared, my order was quickly processed and shipped. I was even able to make some last minute changes to the order before it shipped.  
 
The order arrived just in the nick of time for me to meet the needs of our contract. I had no head time to spare and was setting up and configuring the phones on the fly at the deployment site the morning before my clients arrived.  
 
Overall, the experience was good but nothing to brag about. I intend to purchase a lot more in the not-too-distant future, which wont be so time urgent.  
 
On a separate note, this review process is a little annoying between the email solicitation for review (which I don't mind so much) and forcing me to set up an account just to save the review I just wrote.

Great customer service and follow up, great prices. Voip Supply will be my first choice for telco gear going forward.
