"Worst customer service ever. Purchased something back in October. It didnt arrive until the end of JANUARY. I tried to cancel the order bc the wait was too long and needed to get the item elsewhere. It took 4 MORE MONTHS of asking them to refund my cc. Had to ask multiple times and keep following up, only to find that in APRIL they gauged me for $100 return and restocking fee--which is more than half the cost of the original product! I tried to talk to someone in customer service but they werent willing to do anything to try to make the customer happy. What a rip off. Save yourself the hassle and frustration and dont buy from Vive Decor."
"HORRIBLE. I ordered online a washer machine from ViveDecor. They said it would be delivered between 10-15 days.
After 15 days, I was concerned about my delivery. I paid over 1k and still had no details concrete details of where it was, so I called vive. I spoke to the receptionist who was completely unprofessional and SCREAMED at me and hung up the phone when I asked to speak to a manager.
After many calls, come to find out, the distributor had closed for 1 week and Vive failed to notify me of the change.
Worst part is that I paid for white glove service since I'm a single woman and would not be able to get the machine in myself. When the delivery finally came, the driver refused to deliver it inside! I ended up having to send it back and have it redelivered the next day and had to pay $100 to have two guys help me bring it in!! Vive did not reimburse me.
"I ordered a table through ViveDecor at the end of January because they had the absolute best price on it, and it included free shipping. My table arrived through FedEx and I watched as the delivery guy "rolled" my rectangle table up my driveway and into my house. Because the table was so very heavy I had to wait for my son to get home so he could help me move it and set it up. I noticed the box had a tear and a hole in it in the middle on one side, but wasn't able to really inspect the table until it was assembled. When we got the legs on and stood it up, I noticed the tabletop had a groove rubbed in it exactly where the hole had been in the box. I took pictures of the table and the box and sent them to the ViveDecor. They were going to send me out a new table and pick that one up, at no extra charge for me. They also offered us money back if we were willing to keep it as is. This was our choice. We move a LOT and movers normally do far worse damage to our things than this had wrong with it. It couldn't have been easier or less stressful in dealing with them about the damage to our table. It was clearly done by the shipper but they were so friendly and helpful to us at ViveDecor getting this resolved. All in all was a great transaction considering the table was the best price, shipping was free, and we got some money taken off for the damage done to the table. We easily could have just had a new one sent to us that would have been perfect, but I know our next move in a years time would result in getting damaged anyway. I understand this may not be the choice everyone would make, but it was wonderful for us to be given this option. I will definitely shop ViveDecor again and trust them to know if something isn't right, they're going to fix it to our satisfaction!"
"I ordered from this company not because they were the cheapest. But because they were the closest. I needed the item quickly and figued the shipping would be fast. Was I ever wrong. I suspect this is one of those basement home companies that has little or no stock, and has everything drop shipped from their distributor. In this case, my item was shipped from California instead of Ohio. I was shocked to get my order confirmation and read the following:

Please see below the process of your order: 1) Order processing usually takes 1-2 Business days (credit card fraud prevention verification). 2) Prepare for shipping usually takes 1-2 Business days (over package items to prevent damage). 3) Transit time usually takes 3-5 Business days (depending on what state you are shipping your order to).
Are you serious? 1-2 days for fraud verification? Then 1-2 days for prepare for shipping? When I contacted them about my concern of their verification and shipping times, and stated if that was true I would post a report here, this is what they wrote back to me... you're going to love this...
Resellerratings.com is a very shady website and the reviews are cleverly manipulated by the website. The merchants who are members of resellerratings.com are rated high while others are purposefully rated low by this website. don't believe the great reviews of the merchant if the merchant participates in resellerratings.com, in other words if the merchants pays the website resellerratings.com. It has fake reviews and resllerratings.com is not a creadible service. they are fake. Merchants please don't join this review website because it doesn't give correct opinion about you. seems like merchants bribe their way through to get good reviews and fool customers. Please contact me if you need accurate reasons why I'm saying all these, I do have accurate data. This website should be sued. period.
When the product finally arrived, it was defective. I was so mad I told them I just wanted to return it for a full refund. Which of course, they said they could not do without a 35% restocking fee. But that I could return it to the manufacturer for another unit.
Well I do believe the ratingss here and I would never purchase from them again. Nor should anyone who reads this."

"They said I typed my credit card information wrong, whatever. I got 5 emails on the same day asking for my credit card information (overkill?). One of those emails, they actually included my full credit card information (full name, account number, expiration date, and security code) which is a huge security violations. And they expected me to email them my whole credit card information back? I point this out to the sales representative who emailed me, "Chris," and he goes explaining that their emails are 100% hacker safe. What bullshit. If PayPal, Visa, Google, Sony, and Facebook get hacked daily, I bet you some low-quality company does or can be hacked too.
Either way, I tried to correct the situation by calling them 3x that day I received 5 separate emails and no one answered the phone. So I email them to cancel the order as I purchased the same item elsewhere, for cheaper. I get this email response back:

You don not need to be embarrassed because you made a mistake. It is ok to make mistakes, everyone is human. To take it out on us though is very unprofessional. We simply explained stock is low and you entered the wrong credit card number in. We receive thousands of orders a week and this happens quite often. This is the first and only time we have been blamed because the customer typed the wrong credit card number in. Its a simple mistake and the time and energy you spent blaming us and calling us names because you made a mistake, your order could have already been updated with the correct information and your order shipped. Instead now all the items are back ordered with the manufacturer and we are the last people in the country with stock. Good luck locating stock elsewhere and good luck entering your credit card correctly next time. Merry Christmas!!!!!"
What a joke... I bought the same item at another website that confirmed stock for $20 cheaper than these jokers. Don't do business with these amateurs. Unsafe business practices. Rude. Immature. And you can find their products cheaper elsewhere, like I did. ____________________

I purchased an item on their website and was never informed it was no longer available. They sent the matching end table even though I tried to cancel once I discovered the coffee table was no longer available. They charged me 25% plus shipping charges for an item I told them I did not want since the coffee table would never be available. BUYER BEWARE "

"Having been "burnt" by other-line purchases, I was a little skeptical of vivedecor.com I feared that shopping by price alone, I would again be sorry. To my delight, not only was the price great but the customer service and the quality was amazing. Customer service was excellent. Delivery time was excellent. The quality of the items I ordered were far better than expected. I've read the negative reviews, and while I feel most of them are blown way out of proportion I still feel that every single customer is not going to be satisfied and to be fair and balanced ViveDecor has a lot more 5 star reviews then they do bad reviews. I gave them a chance and I am definitely a satisfied customer. I've bought quite a few items from Vivedecor.com - many furniture items, and a new Electric Fireplace. I've never had a problem with any item I have ever purchased. I always make sure I'm getting a good deal, and Vivedeor.com always seems to have the lowest price. I love the deals I've gotten from Vivedecor.com
