"I placed an order and the next business day I received an email stating that the item had shipped, with tracking information provided. I waited and waited, and a week later the post office still had no record of ever receiving the package. I sent an email to ShopBestNaturals.com with no response(not realizing this was actually Vitanherbs.com until I saw the signature line in their eventual response-- I did do a search for ShopBestNaturals before placing my order and found no negative feedback, because all the poor feedback is instead tied to Vitanherbs which is frustrating) and no one ever picked up the phone at customer service-- it's just a sketchy-sounding voicemail message.
Finally sent a message demanding to know where my package was, which is when I was told to be patient, that the item was backordered. I did receive my order less than a week after receiving that message, but it was very frustrating that the company kept me in the dark about my order, didn't voluntarily provide any updates for a product I had already been billed for, and only responded to me when I threatened to dispute the charges because I was worried that I'd been scammed. This certainly does not inspire confidence in customers and I would recommend a company that doesn't feel so untrustworthy."
